The clinical study on the treatment of liver fibrosis after hepatitis B with huazhuojiedu soup1.ObjectiveObservation of the clinical effect of the treatment of liver fibrosis after hepatitis B by using the method of huazhuojiedu soup.2.Research contents and methodsThis study is divided into two parts.The first part is the clinical research part.According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with chronic hepatitis B after liver fibrosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The data were analyzed by SPSS analysis software.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus entecavir,and the control group was treated with entecavir and Silybin.Two groups of patients after three months of treatment,statistics before and after treatment in two groups,TCM syndrome score,liver function,LSM(liver hardness index measurement),APRI(AST/PLTx100%)and other indicators;second part summarizes and discusses the research achievements of TCM treatment for liver fibrosis,liver fibrosis after hepatitis B etiology,pathogenesis and dialectical theory for a summary review.3.Result(1)30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Before treatment,the two groups were comparable in age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,liver function,LSM value,APRI and so on.(2)two groups of patients after three months of treatment,the treatment group patients in reducing AST,ALT and other indicators were significantly better than the control group;in reducing liver hardness index,increasing albumin and platelet,improving TCM syndrome integral,reducing APRI index better than the control group.There is no significant difference in other aspects of improvement.4.conclusionAfter hepatitis B Hepatic fibrosis is the key pathogenesis of damp heat toxin,the application of traditional Chinese medicine for treating hepatitis B huazhuojiedu decoction after hepatic fibrosis in improving symptoms,reduce the liver stiffness index,reducing transaminase,has a good effect in improving albumin,that huazhuojiedu method has certain clinical efficacy of hepatic fibrosis,and fewer side effects.
