Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Huangqi Fuzheng Granule On Reducing The Toxicity Of Patients After Breast Cancer Surgery During Radiotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huangqifuzheng granule alleviates adverse reactions of patients with breast cancer who underwent post operative adjuvant radiotherapy.Methods:Selected 80 patients with breast cancer who underwent postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy in the radiotherapy department of Gansu provincial cancer hospital from January to December in 2017.All patients were randomly allocated two groups,40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The observation group was treated with radiotherapy combined with Huangqifuzhengkeli(10g/time,2times/day,orally).The adverse reactions of radiation skin injury and bone marrow suppression were observed during radiotherapy.The lymphocyte subsets were recorded before and after radiotherapy and the quality of life score were recorded after the radiotherapy.Statistical treatment was performed to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)Radiation skin injury:There was not statistical difference in incidence of control group versus observation group(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of different levels of radiation skin injury(P<0.05).?lever magnitude radioactivity skin damage in observation group was higher than the control group,the ratio of observed group?and?levers radioactive skin damage ratio was lower than the control group.The time difference between the two groups in the incidence of radiation skin injury was statistically significant(P<0.05);The onset time of the control group(11.95±2.41 days)was earlier than that of the observation group(15.00±3.13 days).(2)Bone marrow suppression:There was a statistical difference in incidence of control group versus observation group(P<0.05);The incidence of control group was higher than that in the observation group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of bone marrow suppression at different levels(P<0.05).?lever magnitude bone marrow suppression in the observation group were higher than that of control group,observation group?and?cases bone marrow suppression were lower than the control group.(3)Lymphocyte subsets:The comparison of lymphocyte subsets in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total mature T cells,Th,NK,CD4~+/CD8~+ratio in the observation group showed no statistical significance before and after treatment(P>0.05),while Ts,B lymphocyte levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of total mature T cells,Ts,Th,CD4~+/CD8~+ratio in the control group and the observation group was statistically significant after the treatment(P<0.05),the levels of NK,B lymphocytes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Quality of life:Two groups of the life score of overall quality and the sum of each quality were statistically significant after the treatment(P<0.05).The life score of overall quality on the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The total scores of each quality of life on the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions:Huangqifuzheng granule can reduce the skin injury and bone marrow suppression.It also protects the immune function and improves the quality of life of postoperative breast cancer patients during radiotherapy.It can prevent and treat adverse reactions of radiotherapy.
