Therapeutic Effect Of Interventional Therapy Combined With Jianwei Qingchang Mixture In The Treatment Of Intestinal Obstruction And Its Related Mechanism

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intervention combined with jianwei qingchang mixture in the treatment of intestinal obstruction,To explore the mechanism of intervention in the regulation of related inflammatory factorsMethods Randomized controlled design was used in this study.60 cases of intestinal obstruction were selected according to inclusion criteria,Random number by hospital number,Then the number generated from the random number table,An odd number of patients were assigned to the combined group of 30 patients,An even number of responders were included in the control group in 30 cases.The joint group intervention measures are:Routine treatment+interventional treatment+jianwei qingchang mixture;Control group: routine treatment+interventional treatment.After the treatment,two groups of observation indicators were statistically analyzed and inferred,draw a conclusion.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the combined group showed significant improvement in the imaging and laboratory indicators of clinical symptoms and signs,The total effective rate was higher than the control group;The combination group can significantly improve the inflammation of patients with intestinal obstruction(BO),The study inhibited the release of the pro-inflammatory factor interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),and controlled the inflammation in the obstruction site;The protective factor interleukin-22(IL-22)was upregulated to protect intestinal mucosa and intestinal barrier and maintain intestinal environmental homeostasis.Conclusion The results showed that the intervention combined with jianwei qingchang mixture had more clinical symptoms and signs than the control group,Especially for patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension and the improvement of exhaust time,The bottom line is that the local inflammation of the patient's gut is suppressed or prevented,The function of intestinal barrier was protected and the intestinal environment was corrected.
