| Objective : Analysis of the clinical effect of Chaizhixiaji Decoction in the treatment of patients with liver stomach disharmony bile reflux gastritis,and to observe the effect of Chaizhixiaji Decoction for bile reflux gastritis rats,and to explore its influence on gastric mucosa,gastrin(GAS),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)contents in rats.Methods:Clinical Observation: Collected the clinical data of 80 patients with BRG in the department of traditional Chinese medicine,gastroenterology and wad in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from September 2015 to December2017 and divided into decoction group(Chaizhixiaji Decoction)and control group(Magnesium bicarbonate tablet)according to the different treatment methods.By comparing the clinical main symptom scores,the integral sum and the curative effect assessment before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients,the curative effect difference of the two drugs in the BRG patients was analyzed.Experimental Research: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups by random number table according to Weight and sex,blank group,model group,decoction of low and high groups and control group.Rats were given self-made reflux liquid orally to induce experimental bile reflux gastritis.HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of gastric antrum mucosa.ELISA method for detection of serum GAS,PGE2 content.Result:Clinical Observation: The scores of all symptoms in the Decoction group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),the abdominal distension score in the control group was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the other symptom scores were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.01).The integral difference was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.01).After treatment,the overall symptom score of the two groups was significantly improved than that of the pre-treatment group(P<0.01),and the improvement degree of the decoction group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the decoction group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Experimental Research: Model group had a significant rise of inflammatory cells infiltration and intestinal metaplasia,GAS,PGE2 contents were decreased obviously as compared with that in blank group(P<0.01).Compare with model group,decoction of high and control group can be improved the content of GAS and PGE2 in rats(P<0.01)and alleviate the damage of gastric mucosa.Conclusion:The decoction group has obvious advantages over the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and cure rate of BRG patients.From the point of view of animal experiment,its mechanism may be related to regulating the level of GAS and PGE2. |
