Objective: Study of Acute Leukemia(AL)patients in the early cure,alleviate,recurrence of different disease states,about the expression of lymphocyte subgroups and interleukin 4(IL-4),interferon-?(IFN-?),to analyze its clinical significance.Methods: Choose in June 2015-June 2017 in shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university onset detection lymphocyte subgroup,a total of 49 patients with AL,male 34 cases,15 cases were female,ranging in age from 18 to 77 years,the median age of 31.5 years old;Of 23 patients with acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)(with the exception of APL,treated first in 11 cases,alleviate group 7 cases,5 cases relapse group)and 26 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)(treated first in 5 cases,alleviate group 10 cases,11 cases relapse group);20 patients with normal examination of lymphocyte subgroup were selected as control group in our hospital.The differences of lymphocyte subgroups in AML and ALL middle and early treatment group,remission group,relapse group and control group were compared.In addition,there were 39 cases of AL patients in the hematology department of shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from June 2015 to June 2017,including 25 males and 14 females,aged 18 to 77 years old and 29 years old.Of 16 patients with acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)(with the exception of APL,treated first 8 cases,alleviate group 4 cases,4 cases recurrence group),23 cases of patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL)(set of 4 cases treated first,ease group recurrence of 9 cases,10 cases),AML and treated first in ALL groups were compared,the relief group and recurrence group of IL-4,IFN-gamma expression differences.Results: 1.Comparison of lymphocyte subsets:In AML,the Treg cells in the initial treatment group and the relapse group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Treg cells in the remission group were slightly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but significantly lower than the initial group and the recurrence group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CD8 cells the relief group was obviously higher thanthat of control group,the early treated group and recurrence group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the early cure group,the recurrence group CD8 cells close to normal or slightly lower than the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).CD4 cells ease group was obviously lower than the control group,the early treated group and recurrence group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),while group,the recurrence group first CD4 cells are higher than the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).The CD4/CD8 ratio of the initial treatment group and the relapse group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the CD4/CD8 ratio in the remission group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The other CD3 cells,NK cells,B cells and NKT cells showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In ALL,the Treg cells in the recurrence group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the relief group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the initial treatment group and the control group,the initial treatment group and the relief group,the initial treatment group and the relapse group and the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).CD8 cells the relief group was obviously higher than that of control group,the early treated group and recurrence group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the early cure group,the recurrence group CD8 cells close to normal or slightly higher than the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).The CD4 cells in the remission group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the initial treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),slightly lower than the recurrence group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).The CD4/CD8 ratio in the remission group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the initial treatment group and the relapse group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4/CD8 in the primary and recurrent groups was not significantly different from the control group.The other CD3 cells,NK cells,B cells and NKT cells showed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Results of cytokines comparison: in AML and ALL,there was no significant difference in il-4 and IFN-in the initial treatment group,the remission group and the recurrence group(P > 0.05),no statistically significant difference.Conclusion: 1.In the different stages of disease of acute leukemia,all exist lymphocyte subsets disorder,cure and recurrence at the beginning of higher CD4 cells and Treg cells,CD8 cells in normal or slightly lower or slightly higher,alleviate after CD4 cells and Treg cells decreased,CD8 cells increased.2.The immune suppression function increases during the onset and recurrence of leukemia,and the immune cells of leukemia cells escape,and the immune cells weaken the killing effect of leukemia cells.The immune suppression function weakened after the leukemia was alleviated,and the immune system killed the leukemia cells(CTL function)was restored and enhanced.3.At the beginning of cure and recurrence higher CD4 cells and Treg cells,relieve CD4 cells and Treg cells decreased,after that CD4 cells in acute leukemia structure change,IFN-gamma,IL-4 failed to positive results in this study,considering possible with CD4 cells structure change,and relatively few medical records in this study,therefore need to be studied further in the future each subgroup CD4 cells and cytokines in changes in leukemia.
