Background and Objective:More and more anti angiogenic drugs are used in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, but the treatment effect is different.Meanwhile, there are also some special adverse reactions, such as hypertension and proteinuria. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anti angiogenesis drugs. Methods:The trials were identified by searching Pub Med?Embase and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials.Date of last search was December 2018.Results:A total of 15 studies were included,4131 patients, meta analysis showed that the median survival difference between the two groups was statistically significant(HR=0.82,95%CI:0.76-0.88,P<0.001),the objective response rate between the two groups was statistically significant(RR=1.34,95%CI:1.08-1.67,P= 0.009),the disease control rate between the two groups was statistically significant(RR=1.40,95%CI:1.21-1.61,P=0.0001),3/4 level above the main adverse reactions were diarrhea, abdominal pain, hypertension, proteinuria. Conclusion:Anti angiogenesis drugs can improve the survival time, disease control rate and objective remission rate of advanced gastric cancer, and increase the risk of hypertension, diarrhea, abdominal pain and urinary protein.According to the randomized controlled trials of antiangiogenic drugs for 1 or 2,no specific anti angiogenesis drug analysis has limitations, must therefore still need to carry out more clinical research of large sample of high quality,to further clarify the anti angiogenesis drugs in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer in efficacy and safety of.
