Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium(S-1)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: We researched EMbase,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Web Of Science,CBM,CNKI and WanFang Date from inception to June 2018,to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about chemotherapy of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegafur(S-1)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Two reviewers independently screen literature, extract date and assessed the risk of bias of included studies.Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 softwares. Results: A total of 20 RCTs involving 1812 advanced gastric cancer patients were included. The results of META analysis showed that compared with the control group, the docetaxel combination with oxaliplatin and tegafur(S-1)regimens could improve the objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR),and reduce chemotherapy side effects. It can effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers in patients, inhibit the release of angiogenic factors and cell invasive molecules, and control tumor growth. Conclusion: Docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegafur chemotherapy regimens have good overall response and low toxicities in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Limited by the quantity and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions have yet to be verified by more high-quality research.
