Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and histopathological features of bullous pilomatricoma,thus to improve dermatologists' awareness of the disease.Methods: Through the analysis of five cases of bullous pilomatricoma,combined with the relevant literature review,the clinical manifestations,histopathological features,diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Results: Five cases of patients with shoulder nodules,blisters as the main clinical manifestations.Skin histopathology showed shallow dermal edema,lymphatic vessels expansion can be seen,the middle and lower part of the dermis see the tumor mass.It is mainly composed of basophils,transitional cells and a large number of shadow cells.The diagnosis of bullous pilomatricoma can be made by clinical characteristics and histopathological features.Conclusion: Bullous pilomatricoma is a rare tumor.It occurs in young people and mainly in women.Although acupuncture cytology and imageological examination can help clinicians diagnose the disease,but the main basis for the diagnosis is still the performance of lesions and histopathological examination.Surgery is the first treatment option for bullous pilomatricoma.
