Abstract/Summary:
As an epidemic, tuberculosis has always been one of the most important diseases to be prevented and controlled in the world.According to the 2016 Global Tuberculosis Report released by the World Health Organization, tuberculosis is still one of the world’s high-mortality diseases in 2015.The incidence of tuberculosis in C hina ranks third, and the number of tuberculosis cases in C hina is relatively high.Based on the above issues,it is necessary to study the main causes of tuberculosis in various regions of China, and provide some reference for future imp lementation of different prevention and treatment measures in various regions. This paper uses the indicators of the incidence of tuberculosis in provinces in C hina as the original data in 2015.Firstly,exploratory spatial data analysis is carried out,and autocorrelation tests are performed on the spatial morbidity index of tuberculosis disease in each region. The test proved that the incidence of tuberculosis disease in each region has spatial autocorrelation to some extent.Secondly, according to various factors affecting tuberculosis diseases, the corresponding indicators are chosen as explanatory variables to establish a geographically weighted regression model. At the same time, the model is tested and diagnosed, and the actual meaning of various para meters is compared with ordinary linear regression to prove the quality of the model. The test proved that the geographically weighted regression fitting effect was better than the ordinary linear regression, and could reflect the differences in the impact of various explanatory variables on the incidence of tuberculosis among regions, and was conducive to discovering the main reasons affecting the high incidence of tuberculosis in a certain area. Finally,on the basis of regression results, combined with GIS technology, each explanatory variable parameter is visually displayed in the form of a map,in-depth analysis of the impact of various levels on the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in local areas, and explain the reasons for this phenomenon and provide some suggestions. The results show that the main factors affecting the incidence of tuberculosis in different regions are different, and there are certain differences in space,so it is necessary to take corresponding solutions to different issues in d ifferent regions to achieve the goal of minimizing the incidence of tuberculosis.
