Objectives Although coronary artery variation rare,incidence of just under 1%,but its clinical manifestations of complex and diverse,serious can cause angina pectoris,myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death,according to the literatures,many sudden death in young patients is mostly caused by coronary artery variation.Therefore,early diagnosis of coronary artery variation will help to avoid the occurrence of cardiac emergencies.With understanding of cardiovascular disease for deepening and in-depth development of various imaging examination technology,the detection of coronary artery variation and its clinical significance of evaluation is more and more attention by many scholars.By nano CT imaging examination method of vascular imaging,in vivo state analysis of coronary artery morphological variation characteristics,the detection rate and the clinical differences between different types of anatomical abnormality,and the relationship between the patients with clinical symptoms,to explore the clinical application of nanometer CT coronary artery imaging value,provide a reliable basis for clinical early diagnosis and character for clinical treatment to determine accurate imaging data.Methods Nano CT coronary angiography was carried out on the examinee,adopt a retrospective heart switch control way for the reconstruction of the R-R interphase,take 30/40/45/70/75 five period between reconstruction,to identify the best reconstruction image quality score sequences image post-processing to a computer.In order to guarantee the accuracy of the results to reduce differences,all images are two high qualification doctor working in the same site,using the double blind method analysis.Results Among the 4850 subjects,aged from 60-82,the heart rate was 50-70 times/min.The clinical symptoms were mainly precardiac discomfort(49.56%),followed by suffocation and chest tightness,accounting for 21.21% and 23.37%,respectively.In the 462 simultaneous applications of Nano CT and coronary angiography,the sensitivity and specificity of Nano CT for coronary artery abnormalities were 99.17% and 97.93% respectively,suggesting that the Nano CT could accurately show the variation of coronary artery.Among the 4850 patients,there were 1254 cases with abnormal coronary artery disease,and the detection rate was 25.85%.Of all cases with abnormal coronary artery,1067 cases were showed with myocardial bridge,and the detection rate was 22%,accounting for 85.05%.Nano CT can also distinguish abnormal types of abnormal coronary artery,right coronal dysplasia and left crown dysplasia.Conclusions In patients with clinical symptoms,myocardial bridge is the most common,followed by coronary artery dysplasia.As a noninvasive imaging method,nano CT can accurately display the type of coronary artery variation and its anatomical details,and canbe more intuitionistic and accurate for coronary artery variation.
