Study On The Relationship Among Cervical Lesions And The Expression Of HPV L1 Capsid Protein,Survivivn,HR-HPV Infection

Objectives Detection of the expression of HPV L1 capsid protein and Survivin in different degree cervical lesions and the infection of different HR-HPV types in different degree cervical lesions.To investigate the relationship among different degree cervical lesions and the expression of HPV L1 capsid protein,Survivin and HR-HPV infection.Methods 1 Select January 2016-July 2017,A total of 215 patients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and inpatient department of North China Polytechnic University.All of them were examined by HR-HPV,and the results of HR-HPV were positive,and all of them had pathological diagnosis.On the basis of pathological diagnosis,70 cases in HR-HPV infection group,53 cases in LSIL group,64 cases in HSIL group and 28 cases in SCC group were selected.2 Application of immunohistochemistry(SP method)to detect the expression of HPV L1 capsid protein and Survivin in different degrees of cervical lesions.3 Analysis the ingfection of HR-HPV in different degrees of cervical lesions.4 Using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.The data were analyzed by variance analysis.Chi square test was used to count data.Rank sum test was used to grade data.Results 1 The expression of HPV L1 capsid protein in the control group was higher than that in the case group,the difference was statistically significant(z=-3.330,P=0.000).The expression of 1 HPV L1 capsid protein in HR-HPV infection group and LSIL group was higher than that in HSIL group and SCC group,and the expression in HSIL group was higher than that in SCC group.2 The expression of Survivin in case group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(z=-3.878,P=0.000).The expression of Survivin in SCC group was higher than that in HR-HPV infection group,LSIL group and HSIL group,and the expression in HSIL group was higher than that in HR-HPV infection group and LSIL group.3 The expression rate of HPV L1(+)/Survivin(-)decreased gradually with the aggravation of the degree of cervical lesions.The expression rate of HPV L1(-)/Survivin(+)increased gradually with the aggravation of the degree of cervical lesions.4 The infection rates of type HPV16,type 18 and other type 12 in the HR-HPV infection group were 25.71%,8.57%and 65.72%.The infection rates of type HPV16,type 18 and other type 12 in LSIL group were 26.42%,14.21%and 60.37%.The infection rates of type HPV16,type 18 and other type 12 in HSIL group were 51.56%,15.63%and 32.28%.The infection rates of type HPV16,type 18 and other type 12 in SCC group were 95.00%,10.72%and 14.28%.The difference was statistically significant(?~2=32.690,P<0.05).In the HR-HPV infection group and the LSIL group,the other 12 types of HPV were mainly infected,and the HPV 16 infection was the main infection in the HSIL group and the SCC group.Conclusions 1 The expression of HPV L1 capsid protein is decreasing along with the aggravation of cervical lesions.2 The expression of Survivin increased along with the aggravation of cervical lesions.3 The expression rate of HPV L1(+)/Survivin(-)gradually decreases with the aggravation of the degree of cervical lesions,the expression rate of HPV L1(-)/Survivin(+)is increasing with the aggravation of the degree of cervical lesions.4 In the HR-HPV infection group and Low-grade squamous interaepithelial lesion,the other 12 types of HPV were mainly infected,and HPV 16 was the main type of High-grade squamous interaepithelial lesion and Squamous cell carcinoma.
