ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of enteral nutrition scheme for infants with complicated congenital heart disease.MethodsThe study was made in congenital heart disease ICU(CICU)screen 82 cases infants with congenital heart disease and mechanical ventilation in the hospital.The 41 children who were admitted to CICU from 2015.01.01 to 2015.12.31 were enrolled in the control group.The other 41 children who were admitted to CICU in 2016.01.01 to 2016.12.31 were enrolled in the experimental group.The control group start enteral nutrition 24 hours after the operation,the experimental group start enteral nutrition 6 hours.Retrospectively collected two groups of children with feeding intolerance,postoperative mechanical ventilation time,stay time,length of hospital stay,postoperative CICU hospitalization expenses,the weight gain,albumin quantity amount of albumin,hemoglobin,white blood cell count,such as data,and statistical analysis.ResultsExperimental group albumin,hemoglobin,amount of albumin quantity is higher than the control group,postoperative CICU residence time and hospitalization time is shorter than the control group,hospitalization cost is lower than the control group,weight gain is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The incidence of non-tolerance,postoperative mechanical ventilation time and the VAP rate were found in the experimental group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).ConclusionsInfant complex congenital heart disease after 6 hours to start enteral nutrition solution is better than that of postoperative 24 hours start enteral nutrition solutions,can shorten CICU residence time and hospitalization time,can reduce hospital costs,can improve the nutritional status of children...
