An Investigation Of Deacclimatization Symptom Of Army Troops To High Altitude And Study On Its Preventive Strategy

ObjectiveRelated questionnaire investigations on the health of officers and soldiers trained on plateau have been made through combining plateau mission subject training in recent years and four months'plateau training of the army.The investigation results have been analyzed.Make the officers and soldiers happy during training and attain rapid recovery in psychology and physiology when come back to plain resident.Further exploration has been made,targeted health support model for officers and soldiers trained at plateau has been prepared,which enables military sanatorium to provide complete rehabilitation program to implement recuperation and health care work in plateau training grassroots army.MethodsIn this study a certain artillery brigade and stationed plateau to plateau BianFangTuan officers and soldiers as the research object.To explore the symptoms and psychological conditions of withdrawal from study under various intervention measures,a total of four parts were conducted,and 2,500 valid questionnaires were collected over three years,all of whom adopted the questionnaire survey method.The first part is an investigation and analysis on the symptoms and mental health of the artillery brigade in the field.The second part three phases?rally during the period,in training and returned to plains?giving some artillery brigade QiCheBing health education training,lung and brain function and decompression,return the plain understanding interventions acclimatization symptoms and mental status,and analysis during the same period without any intervention to repair to take off the acclimatization symptoms and psychological state reason and law;In the third part,the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out for the soldiers stationed in a border guard regiment in the same year,and the symptoms and psychological conditions of the withdrawal service were detected and analyzed,which served as the basis for the formulation of the protection model of the withdrawal service of the garrison troops;The fourth part analyzes the symptoms and psychological conditions of the withdrawal of the soldiers of an artillery brigade and a border guard regiment stationed on the plateau.It has made research comparison for recuperation deacclimatization of guard officers and soldiers coming back to plain,and then analyzed its reasons and rules to be taken as the evidence of making health insurance model.This paper has adopted various research methods,such as expert consultation,literature review and retrospective survey etc,input data into excel sheet and used SPSS17.0 to make correlation analysis.Results1.Research on mental health status of combat troop and logistics troop has selected officers and soldiers?260?who went to plateau for training between 2014 and 2015,which analyzes self-evaluation of mental health status of artilleries in 2014 through ten days,thirty days and ninety days of plateau training and 30days after coming back to plain.On the 10^th day,we sent out“SCL-90 Symptom Checklist”for one earlier collected organizational camp;on the 30^th day,we sent out the checklist and it is found out through observation that the symptoms have been relieved than 10 days ago,but with the extension of time in plateau,when the troop accomplished remote maneuver training on the 90^th day,we sent out the checklist again and found out that the symptoms are worsened than that of the 30^th day.It is found out through analyzing SCL-90 number of positive items after coming back to plain for 15 days in 2015that eight factors of obsessive-compulsive symptom,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia and psychosis?except for somatization factor after coming back for 15 days?are lower than norm of Chinese military.However,former investigations have indicated that total SCL-90 score,total equipartition,number of positive items and other factor scores of plateau military are higher than norm of Chinese military,which indicates that the mental health status of plateau military is weak.This research explains that the overall mental health situation of plateau training after 15 days of deacclimatization coming back to plain is good.2.An analysis of the adaptability training of an artillery brigade in the training camp.Through Transport Soldiers continuous pulmonary cerebral function training and the training of the decompression,return home at the end of the training in the nursing home to continue measures to recuperate intervention,at the same time their acclimatization questionnaire survey,the results showed that 10 d Transport Soldiers dizziness,fatigue,weakness,drowsiness,insomnia,and symptoms of chest tightness is 3 d did not reduce instead was increased,but the symptoms better than Repair Soldier,indicating plateau during training and rehabilitation measures have effect after return home,15 d both ease symptoms,but better than Transport Soldiers Repair Soldier symptoms,may be associated with the intensity of Transport Soldiers.There was statistical significance?P<0.05?for the investigation of the symptoms scale of the motor force in addition to somatization and hostile symptoms?P<0.05?,and the other factors were not statistically significant?P>0.05?.There was no statistical significance in the return of the repairman in the return to the plain 15 days,and the remaining factors,total scores and the extension of the time of the removal of the unstudied uniform returned to the plain were statistically significant?P<0.001?.Analysis to return plain positive number 15 d SCL-90 and forced symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis eight factors?except somatization factors while returning to 15 d?were significantly lower than the norm of Chinese soldiers.Previous studies have shown that the mental health of the soldiers in the plateau has been worse,while this study shows that the overall mental health of the plateau in the post-15d plateau is in good condition.3.On the 15th day of convalescence for deacclimatization symptom of guard officers and soldiers,the rating of plateau deacclimatization symptom of routine recuperation+hyperbaric oxygen therapy teams is obviously lower than that of routine recuperation group?P<0.05?;on the 30th day of convalescence,the differences of two groups of plateau officers and soldiers in deacclimatization symptom rating is without statistical significance?P>0.05?.After convalescence for thirty days and fifteen days,deacclimatization symptom of two groups of officers and soldiers from 4000m and 5000m altitudes has been relieved obviously?P<0.05?.The symptom of thirty days of convalescence changes significantly than that of fifteen days?P<0.01?.4.Control and analysis of the training and garrison training There is no intervention on the plateau of a high artillery brigade plateau.The main symptoms of unlearned clothing,such as dizziness,fatigue,lethargy and lack of concentration,were increased at different levels in 10d.Statistical significance?P<0.05?.It was relieved by20d,In response to the intervention of the auto soldiers in the period of assembly period,training period and the triage comprehensive recuperation of the repatriation plain.In the same time,the main symptoms of the withdrawal suit in 10d were dizziness,fatigue,fatigue,lethargy.In 15d,dizziness and chest tightness were better than those of the repairmen.The other symptoms were not too different.The training of the repair soldiers during the training period of the plateau and the intensity of the protection is not burdensome,indicating the effect of the intervention of the auto soldiers;Some Border Regiments stationed and recuperate the officers and men,under the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention to take off the main symptoms of dizziness,insomnia,groggy acclimatization has improved during the 10 d,longer duration of rehabilitation to 15d acclimatization of symptoms,shows that comprehensive rehabilitation measures in training and effectively halted on the plateau.Conclusion:The investigation of symptoms and SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale were used to analyze the soldiers and soldiers.The different psychological problems brought by the special environment of the plateau have been alleviated with the extension of the time of taking off.To better reduce the adverse effects of the time of withdrawal symptoms,In this test,we propose and make
