The Survey Of Medical Soldiers Training For M Region

As an important work to the life and health of soldiers, medical work of army is an essential factor to the army effectiveness. Medical soldiers are integral part of medical troops and implementer of medical treatment in army. Therefore, pay attention to the training of medical soldiers is quietly needed to guarantee the healthy and effectiveness of troops.For research method, this paper uses interview and questionnaire method to analyze the current situation of medical soldier training. Use interview method to obtain the Mac-information of M region, and use questionnaire method to obtain the sample data of medical soldiers in order to acknowledge the main problems, which analyzed in quantitative method as reliability analysis and validity analysis.According to the detailed results of the interview and questionnaire survey obtained, the paper describes the basic situation of medical soldiers, initial and refresh training situation as well as soldiers’ career development in future, etc., and finally sums up the main problems of M region from4aspect as training demand, training system, training content&method, and training effect, then the detailed problems like unclear training demand and ignorance of soldiers’ retraining demand, faultiness of training system, defect teaching method and assessment mode, as well as problem of training evaluating system is listed. This paper also analyzes the reasons of problems.At last, according to the main problems existed in medical soldiers training of M region, and the actual condition and developing direction, this paper puts forward suggestions from4aspects as carrying out training demand analysis, improve the training education system, reforming training content and method, and setting up training evaluating system. In addition, related ensuring suggestions are also included, such as improving the awareness of thinking, strengthening the organization and training, increasing resources input and so on.
