Study On HISSC Construction And Service Integrator Selection In Shanxi Province

The Health Information Service Supply Chain(HISSC)is a chain model that integrates health information service industry resources and provides users with safe and efficient services.With the Reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointing out the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,it shows that the government attaches great importance to the healthy living standards of the people.In recent years,the concept of healthy life has become a trend that people are increasingly chasing.As people turn from passive acceptance to active search for health information services,the sudden increase in demand has caused many health information providers to be caught off guard.Although there is a high concentration of information needs in the health information service industry in Shanxi Province,there are also many problems of health information such as fragmentation,decentralization,low credit,and low utilization.At this time,it is necessary to regulate an orderly market to solve problems and meet the needs of more people.Shanxi HISSC is a better way to integrate resources,establish rules and establish order in the health information service industry.It can effectively integrate service providers,establish industry norms,and provide more efficient and quality services to users.As the core part of the service integrator is the key to the successful establishment and operation of the entire HISSC,so the choice of service integrators has become an important step to build HISSC in Shanxi Province.Therefore,through the search and collation of relevant literature,this paper firstly constructed the overall idea of the article,clarified the research direction and research issues;secondly,based on the value chain theory,core competence theory,resource basic theory,it introduced the concept such as health information,health information service,service supply chain and other related concepts,and analyzes the methods used to choose theintegrators.The core part of the article focuses on two issues.One is the establishment of the HISSC basic structure of Shanxi Province based on the background of the Shanxi Province health information service industry.And the concept and types of each component of the service supply chain are defined and clarified.Second,on the basis of the HISSC constructed,according to the related literature review,a service integrator selection evaluation index system was established.At the same time,six options were selected from Shanxi Medical University,Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,Shanxi Provincial Pharmaceutical Group,Shanxi Provincial Library and Taiyuan Library.According to the data collected by experts,The entropy weight method and grey relational analysis method were used to establish weights and quantify the analysis.Finally,a more appropriate Shanxi health information service integrator was selected.
