The Clinical Experiences Of Professor Sun Zixue In The Treatment Of Impotence Based On The Pathogenesis Of Deficiency In Origin And Excess In Superficiality

Objective : This study Systematically sorts out the pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality by collating and collecting Professor Sun's academic papers,books and scientific research results on impotence.And on this basis,we Systematically sorts out pattern of syndrome,rules of treatment and prescriptions on impotence by conducting a series of analysis of the records of impotence patients.Thereby,we shall conclusion professor Sun's clinical experiences in the treatment of impotence Systematically,and sublimate them to theory level,so we can inherit it and carry forward.Methods :The learning inheritance method and the traditional inductive inheritance method are the main methods.By reading the andrology books of TCM and medical literature about impotence which published in the CNKI database in the past 10 years,so we can update the latest domestic research dynamic and write the review part of this study.By collecting the scientific research achievements,works,papers,lectures and the dissertations of all the postgraduate students in the study of impotence,with the help of the professor's consultation,teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction,then we can grab the key point of clinical experiences of Professor Sun.Then,we shall sort out clinical experiences of professor Sun which is based on the pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Results : There are four parts by summarizing: "definition of impotence,the evolution of disease name,ancient and modern academic perspectives on the disease causes and pathogenesis of impotence","Professor Sun's cognition and clinical experiences on impotence","representative medical records" and "appendix".1.The second section is mainly about the definition of impotence,the evolution of disease name,the interpretation of the disease cause and pathogenesis of impotence in theHuang di Nei jing,and ancient and modern famous doctors' academic perspectives on the disease cause and pathogenesis of impotence.2."Professor Sun' cognition and clinical experiences on impotence",mainly focus on Professor Sun' perspectives on the disease cause,disease constitution and pathogenesis of impotence,also introduces professor Sun's clinical experiences which are treating impotence based on the pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and Professor Sun's perspectives on pattern of syndrome,rules of treatment prescriptions of impotence.Also,the features of medication usage in treating impotence are included.Hence this section fully reflects Professor Sun's academical perspectives.3.The representative medical records,introduces some representative clinical medical records.4.The "appendix",this section introduces the literature reviews,the scientific research and the relevant papers that I wrote about this impotence.Conclusion :Professor Sun Zixue believes that impotence is located in the zongjin,closely related to the liver,spleen,kidney and viscera.The core pathogenesis of impotence is the basic deficiency and the standard solid,which is mainly responsible for the spleen and kidney,and the standard for the liver.Impotence is divided into two types: basic syndrome type and compound syndrome type.
