| Objective :To observe the changes of Color Doppler ultrasound examination of the diameter of gallbladder polyps and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shiwuwei Gandanshu pill in the treatment of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder(Damp-Heat and blood stasis type in Liver and Gallbladder).At the same time,to estimate its safety,to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder,and to provide a basis for the research and promotion of new drugs for the treatment of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder.Methods : All the 72 patients who conform to the inclusion criteria are numbered.All of the 72 patients were from the digestive outpatient department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine from April2017 to October 2017.The study used a randomized controlled method.The patient was numbered in the order of medical treatment.The average of 36 patients who were numbered were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the random number table method.The two groups were given general treatment,requiring patients to have daily living rules,reasonable regular diet,active participation in physical exercise,and psychological counseling for patients during treatment.Under the premise of general treatment,36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Shiwuwei Gandanshu pill and 36 cases in the control group were treated with Danshitongli tablet.12 weeks is a course of treatment,both groups received 1 course of treatment.The image data,TCM syndrome score,gallbladder inflammation,safety indicators and recurrence will be observed before and after the twelfth week,and the effect will be evaluated.Results :1 Comparison of comprehensive curative effects: After 1 course of treatment,6patients were cured in the treatment group and 12 patients were markedly effective,11 patients were effective,and 7 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was80.6%;In the control group,2 patients were cured,10 patients were markedly effective,7 effective patients,17 ineffective patients,the total effective rate was52.8%,the results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.2 Comparison of the curative effect of single polyp of gallbladder: After 1 course of treatment,6 patients were cured in the treatment group and 6 patients were markedly effective,7 patients were effective,and 1 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.0%;In the control group,2 patients were cured,6 patients were markedly effective,3 effective patients,8 ineffective patients,the total effective rate was 57.9%,the results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group on single polyp of gallbladder was better than that of the control group.3 Comparison of the curative effect of multiple gallbladder polyps: After 1course of treatment,6 patients were markedly effective in the treatment group and 4patients were effective,6 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was 62.5%;In the control group,4 patients were markedly effective,4 effective patients,9ineffective patients,the total effective rate was 47.1%,the results were treated by statistics,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group was comparable to the control group in the efficacy of multiple gallbladder polyps.4 Comparison of the curative effect of TCM Syndrome: After 1 course of treatment,7 cases of clinical cure in the treatment group and 9 patients were markedly effective,14 patients were effective,and 6 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.3%;2 cases of clinical cure in the control group and 8 patients were markedly effective,10 patients were effective,and 16 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was 55.6%;the results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of TCM Syndrome of the treatment group was better than the control group.5 Comparison of total symptom score: After 1 course of treatment,respectively,the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group.The results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and showed that the total symptom score in the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment;The two groups were compared in the interblock,.the results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6 Comparison of diameter of single gallbladder polyp: After 1 course of treatment,respectively,the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group.The results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and showed that the diameter of single gallbladder polyp in the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment;The two groups were compared in the interblock,.the results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of single gallbladder polyp of the treatment group was better than that of comparable to the control group in the efficacy of multiple gallbladder polyps.8 Comparison of the improvement of gallbladder inflammation: After 1 course of treatment,The improvement of gallbladder inflammation in two groups was compared,The results were treated by statistics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of gallbladder inflammation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.9 Safety evaluation: Before and after treatment,72 patients with general examination(T,P,R,BP),blood,urine and stool routine and occult blood test,liver and kidney function and ECG results showed no abnormal changes.10 Comparison of recurrence: 3 months after the end of treatment,the effective patients were followed up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10.3%,the recurrence rate in the control group was 47.4%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group wassuperior to the control group in the control of recurrence rate.Conclusion: Shiwuwei Gandanshu pill can significantly reduce the diameter of gallbladder polyps,and completely eliminate some gallbladder polyps;it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gallbladder polyps(Damp-Heat and blood stasis type in Liver and Gallbladder),and improve the quality of life;it can also relieve the degree of gallbladder inflammation and Control the recurrence rate of gallbladder polyps;Shiwuwei Gandan pill is safe and effective in the treatment of gallbladder polypoid lesions(Damp-Heat and blood stasis type in Liver and Gallbladder),and its long-term efficacy needs further observation. |
