Objective : With chiropractic adjustment curve technique in the treatment of Degenerative lumbar olisthe disease(Degenerative Spondylolisthesis,DS),lumbar pain VAS score,JOA score, according to standards, lumbar slippage rate and the clinical effect of this scheme to evaluate the clinical efficacy, provide more clear for the clinical treatment of the disease in the future of the theoretical basis, and further clear chiropractic treatment of music characteristic, specification technology, the operation of this scheme and is founded based on the pathogenesis of economic, safe and long-term curative effect is distinct. Methods : The 80 patients with DS who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The experimental group gave a technical scheme for ridge tuning, including release technique, knee roll forward method and suspension traction. The control group was given a traditional longitudinal pelvic traction regimen, including the release technique and longitudinal pelvic traction. Both groups were treated 6 days a week for 1 course of treatment 3 weeks.VAS score, lower back pain score,JOA score, lumbar spondylolisthesis rate and other indicators were recorded in the two groups before treatment,1 course after treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment. The clinical efficacy was determined after 1 course of treatment.Adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. The above data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software. Results :1.In both the experimental group and the control group, there were cases of shedding cases, and the results of the complete data were obtained: 31 people in the experimental group and 29 in the control group;2.The total effective rate was 93.50% in the experimental group and 62.07% in the control group. The curative effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed by Ridit analysis.Statistically,P<0.01,which had significant statistical significance.3.VAS score and JOA score were significantly improved in both groups after 1 course of treatment and 1 month and 3 months after the end of treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of VAS score and JOA score was better than that of traditional pelvic longitudinal axis traction regimen(P<0.01).In terms of lumbar spondylolisthesis rate, the technical program of ridge adjustment was superior to that before treatment after 1 course of treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference after 1 course of treatment,1 month after the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in lumbar spondylolisthesis rate between the treatment before and after treatment and during follow-up(P>0.05).4.During the treatment,5 patients in the experimental group developed numbness and discomfort of both ankles after about 25 minutes of traction. No adverse conditions such as nerve damage of lower limbs, subcutaneous cyanosis, etc. No special adverse reaction occurred in the control group. It is shown that the technique of ridge tuning and traditional pelvic longitudinal axis traction are safe methods to treat DS.Conclusion :1.The technique and traditional pelvic longitudinal axis traction can improve the waist pain and lumbar function of DS patients.2.The whole ridge tuning technology scheme is superior to the traditional pelvic longitudinal axis traction scheme in improving the VAS score of waist pain and lower waist pain score of DS patients.3.The whole ridge adjustment technology has certain improvement effect on the lumbar spondylolisthesis rate of DS.The traditional pelvic longitudinal axis traction has no effect on lumbar spondylolisthesis rate.4.The technique of ridge tuning and traditional pelvic longitudinal axis traction are safe ways to treat DS.
