Clinical Study On The Effects Of Qiang Tongtong Recipe On Serum NTX And Immunoglobulin In Patients With Ankylosing Spondylitis (renal Yang Deficiency Type)

Objective: To observe Qiangdutongbifang treatment of kidney yang deficiency type of ankylosing spondylitis,and effect of serum NTX、Ig A、Ig G levels.Methods:We could select 60 cases from the outpatients of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 January to 2015 December.We divide them into two groups which are the treatment group and the control group with each group of 30 cases randomly.The control group adopt the Yishenjuanbiwan,while,the treatment group can take the Qiangdutongbifang,after the course of 3 month’s clinical observation,compare Serum NTX、Ig A、Ig G and clinical efficacy.Results: 1.After treatment,the VAS score、BASFI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than pretherapy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Comparison between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group. 2.After treatment,the Serum NTX、Ig A、Ig G of the two groups were lower than pretherapy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Comparison between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group. 3.Both of the two methods can improve the clinical symptoms effectively(P<0.01), the total effectiveness of the treatment group is 93.33%,which is higher than that of the control group which is 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Qiangdutongbifang in the treatment of patients kidney yang deficiency type of ankylosing spondylitis,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, have better clinical efficacy;2.For patients with kidney yang deficiency type of ankylosing spondylitis,Qiangdutongbifang can significantly reduce serum NTX、Ig A、Ig G.
