Objective : To analyze and study the short-term clinical efficacy of IntraSPINE,an interlaminar plate dynamic stabilization system, and traditional fusion surgery combined with in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases, and further guide the selection and exploration of the two surgical methods in clinical practice. Methods : From December 2016 to July 2017,patients who were diagnosed with degenerative lumbar spine disease at the Spinal Myelopathy Hospital of Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital were selected.Sixty patients randomly selected for inclusion and exclusion were randomly assigned to observation. There were 30 patients in the group(IntraSPINE dynamic stability system combined with Huoxue decoction)and30 patients in the control group(traditional fusion surgery combined with Huoxue decoction). Both groups were followed up for more than 6 months and the operation time was recorded in the two groups.Short-term follow-up was conducted within 2years after surgery. The blood loss, intraoperative blood loss, and VAS,ODI,ROM,and intervertebral height before and 3 months after surgery and 6 months after operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results : There was no significant difference(p>0.05)in the baseline data of gender, age, disease type and course of disease between the two groups. There was contrast between the two groups;the difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was significant.Statistical significance(p<0.05).The operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group;the follow-up at each time point in both groups was significantly lower in the VAS scores,ODI scores, and preoperative comparisons. The differences were statistically significant.Significance(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point(p>0.05).In the interaction effect, the p-values were all greater than 0.05,and thedifference was not statistically significant. It indicated that the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups were There was no significant difference in the trend over time, but there was a significant improvement compared with preoperative;there was no significant difference between the two groups before ROM and ISH(p>0.05).On ROM,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant at each time point(p<0.05).The p value was less than 0.05 in both time effect and interaction effect, indicating that there was a difference between the two groups after surgery at each time point and before surgery.ROM increased, control group decreased ROM,the change trend of the two groups over time was different;on ISH,there was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery and at 3 months after operation(p>0.05),and it was statistically significant at 6 months postoperatively(p<0.05).In terms of time effects and interaction effects,p was less than 0.05,indicating that there was a difference between the two groups at each time point before surgery. Both the observation group and the control group improved ISH at 3months after surgery, but after surgery After 6 months,it has decreased again. The observation group's decline trend is more significant than that of the control group. Conclusion : By comparing short-term clinical outcomes, the short-term clinical outcomes of the interlaminar dynamic stabilization system,IntraSPINE,and conventional fusion have been minimal, and both have achieved satisfactory clinical outcomes. Both surgical procedures have significantly improved preoperative symptoms in the short term, but the dynamic stability system IntraSPINE between the lamina can improve the symptoms while also retaining the ROM of the responsible segment, which can reduce the degeneration of the adjacent segmental intervertebral disc due to the increased postoperative stress caused by the fixed segment of responsibility. And can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss.Under the premise of selecting suitable cases,a satisfactory short-term clinical efficacy can be obtained. However, the follow-up time of the study is short and the sample size is small, requiring long-term follow-up observation of multiple samples.
