Nerve Electrophysiological Effect Of The Adjusted Prescription Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction On Myasthenia Gravis(Flaccidity Sydrome) Two Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective : Repetitive nerve stimulation(RNS)is taken in this project,selection the patients of myasthenia gravis(flaccidity sydrome)dialectical as the two spleen and kidney deficiency,observe the changes about the result of RNS wave before and after the treatment of the adjusted prescription of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and analyse the correlation between the results of RNS and the clinical signs,TCM symptoms and curative effect of the patients,in order to explore the adjusted prescription Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on myasthenia gravis(flaccidity sydrome)effect on neural electrophysiological index of the patients,to provide experimental basis for clinical evaluation about the TCM on myasthenia gravis(flaccidity sydrome).Methods:In accordance with the inclusion criteria to select patients with myasthenia gravis(flaccidity sydrome)40 cases,randomly divided into routine treatment+Chinese medicine group and routine treatment group,20 cases in each group.The routine treatment group is given Pyridostigmine Bromide,60mg/ times,3-4 times / day,on the basis of the routine treatment group,the routine treatment+Chinese medicine group was given the adjusted prescription of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,1 times in the morning and evening,The two groups were treated for 2 months.Observation of the changes in the absolute and relative scores of Western medicine before and after the treatment of the two groups,also observe the change of TCM syndrome and syndrome integration and the RNS result.Results:Comparison of clinical absolute score and relative score after treatment with routine treatment+Chinese medicine group and routine treatment group(P < 0.05),comparison of TCM syndromes and syndrome scores after treatment(P < 0.05),and the changes of amplitude of RNS action potential wave(Negative and Positive)after treatment in two groups of patients(P<0.05),there are significant differences.Conclusion:The routine treatment+Chinese medicine can significantly improve with myasthenia gravis(flaccidity syndrome)in patients with clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes,in relieving patients' pain and improving their quality of life,they are better than western medicine alone,and the routine treatment+Chinese medicine can reduce the CMAP attenuation of RNS in pure western medicine,the result of RNS turns negative.
