Effect Of Zhibitai On The Stable Angina Pectoris Patients Belong To Qi Deficiency Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Its Hs-CRP

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Zhibitai on the hs-CRP and blood lipids in patients with stable angina pectoris and its clinical curative effect.Lay the foundation for its clinical application.Methods60 patients with stable angina pectoris belong to qi deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,both of them have 30 cases.The control group was treated with metoprolol,aspirin and simvastatin to Improve myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,control heart rate,regulate blood lipids,stabilize its plaques,improve symptoms.Records and analysis the athe changes of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris,clinical symptoms,blood lipid,hs-CRP and related safety indexes(ALT,CK,UA,CR and blood routine,urine routine,stool routine)of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment.The treatment period is 3 months.Results? In improving the hs-CRP and adjust blood fat:the treatment group can obviously decrease TC,TG,LDL,hs-CRP levels,significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05),in reduce the level of LDL-C?hs-CRP,the control group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in the aspect of improving the HDL-C level,no significant differences between the two groups,there is no statistical significance(P =0.746>0.05);? Three months later,the TCM syndrome score of Treatment group and control group were decreased than before,after statistics processing have significant difference(P<0.05),The treatment group is better than that of control group.?In improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome:Compared the two groups of patients with the efficacy of TCM syndrome,by rank tests,statistically significant(Mann-Whitney U=310.00,P=0.022<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the treatment group was 96.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,by means ofthe Fisher chi-square test,there was no significant difference between the two group of its effective.?Safety aspects:the two groups of patients before and after treatment did not occur any serious adverse reactions;Compared with before treatment,the liver function?kidney function?blood routine?urine routine?stool routine has no changesConclusionThere exact exist clinical efficacy of the treatment to qi deficiency phlegm stasis type angin,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can reduce the level of hs-CRP,adjust blood lipid levels,have better function of anti-inflammatory,and can protect vascular endothelial cells better.Have good security.
