Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy in the treatment of residual symptom after transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in patients with lumbar disc herniation. To study the causes of residual symptoms after transforaminal endoscopy, and to analyze and explore the mechanism of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy in treating this disease,so as to provide more possibilities and references for the treatment of this disease from the perspective of Chinese medicine.Method : Selected patients who had been diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation in Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 and had postoperative residual symptoms(recurrent or progressively aggravated lower back pain and lower limb paresthesia)requiring further treatment after undergoing transforaminal endoscopic treatment in our hospital, and according to the random number method, the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of the same general treatment, the treatment group used acupuncture treatment, treatment was performed every other day, treatment for 2 weeks was a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. The control group used acupuncture treatment, once daily,5 times for a course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment, and 2 days between the courses. All patients were followed up for at least 3 months.Patients' SF-MPQ scores, nylon rope test scores, and ODI index were collected before and 1 day after treatment,7 days after treatment,1 month after treatment, and 3 months after treatment. The modified Mac Nab standard was collected at 3 months after surgery to assess the overall clinical efficacy, and statistical analysis was performed to compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Result:Baseline data and SF-MPQ scores,ODI scores, and nylon rope test scores collected before treatment between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and comparable. After 2 weeks of treatment, the SF-MPQ score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the ODI score was lower than that of the control group, and the nylon rope test score was higher than that of the control group. The difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment, the ODI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after the treatment, the SF-MPQ score and the nylon rope test score of the treatment group were compared with that of the control group.Statistical significance(P>0.05);The treatment group was excellent in12 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 1 case and poor in 1 case. The control group was excellent in 6 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 4 cases, and poor in 3 cases. The overall clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(Z=-2.209,P=0.039).Conclusion: Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy can effectively treat residual lumbar disc herniation symptoms after lumbar disc herniation, effectively improve the patient's lumbar function, improve the patient's quality of life, safe and convenient,it is worthy of clinical application.
