Clinical Experience Of Treating Cag With The Way Of Dynamic Differentiation In Spleen,Stomach And Liver

ObjectiveThis paper makes a discussion of the unique Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and clinical experience in curing the Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG)by the professor Li Zhengsheng.Under the basic pathogenesis of the spleen deficiency,the liver depression and the stomach hysteresis,we should seize the key point from dynamic dialectic among the spleen organ,stomach organ and liver organ.This syndrome differentiation provide a new idea and way to cure this disease in the practicing clinically.Methods35 cases of CAG with inclusion criteria were collected.What the pathogenesis characteristics we should grasp are the spleen deficiency,the liver depression and the stomach hysteres.This thinking,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,belongs to the soul of TCM.The therapeutic principles,being used to treat the CAG,were tonifying the spleen,soothing the liver and normalizing the stomach function,with activating blood and dissolving stasis.Taking the XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction as the basic prescription and flexible modifiying according to the TCM of differentiation.The collected patients took 2 times of Chinese medicine daily and should adherence to medicate six months,which were a course of treatment for this illness.After this group completed the full prescription,we examine the patients through gastroscope and histology biopsy,observing and assessing the therapy result of improvement in TCM symptoms and gastroscopy biopsy.Results1.TCM syndrome scores appraisal:This study included 35 patients and fell off3.3 cases were cured,17 were markedly effective,11 effective and 1 was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.88 percent.The statistical analysis ofdifference of the TCM and main and minor symptoms between pretherapy and post-treatment were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).2.Gastric mucosa pathological evaluation:After treatment,thetotal efective rate of atrophic gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia were 81.25% and 73.91%.The number of cured were 81.25% and 52.17% respectively.The statistical analysis of difference between pretherapy and post-treatment were statistically significant(P ﹤0.05).ConclusionThe clinical experience of treating CAG with the way of dynamic differentiation by spleen deficiency,the liver depression and the stomach hysteresis,which was significantly improved the Clinical symptoms.And could reverse atrophic,cover reducing the extent of atrophy.Thus this way could prevent the progression of CAG.
