Based On Shaoyang As The Center For Stable Coronary Heart Disease With Angina Pectoris Complicated With Depression Clinical Intervention Study

Objective: Taking "Shaoyang as the pivot" as the theoretical guide to observe the clinical curative effect of Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction in the treatment of stable coronary heart disease complicated with depression(liver-qi stagnation type).Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction combined with basic drug treatment of coronary heart disease,and the control group was treated with flupenthixol melitracen tablet(Luolixin)combined with basic medicine of coronary heart disease for 28 days.Observe the changes in curative effect before and after treatment,and use SPSS21.0 for data analysis.Results: After treatment: 1.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the scores of angina symptom,total SSS,TCM symptom score within and between the groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups,suggesting that both groups were significantly reduced after treatment compared with before treatment,and the treatment group Significantly lower than the control group.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group for angina pectoris was 80%,which was better than the total effective rate of the control group 60%,P<0.05 was statistically significant.3.The total effective rate of the depressive treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 65%.P<0.01 had statistically significant difference.4.The total effective rate of SSS treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 67.5%,P<0.01 had significant statistical difference.5.The total effective rate of TCM symptom treatment group was 90%,which was obviously better than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 65%,P<0.01 had significant statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction can improve the symptoms of angina and improve myocardial ischemia;2.This party can significantly improve depression and somatization symptoms in patients;3.This prescription can significantly improve the patient's symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,mental depression,flank pain,bloating,benevolence,shortness of breath and other symptoms;4.It is reasonable to treat the disease based on Shaoyang as the pivot application keel plus oyster soup decoction.
