Objective:In this study,we retrospectively analyzed the expression levels of thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)in three groups of patients and investigated the potential value of TGAb and TPOAb in the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).Method:During the period from January 2016 to December 2017 in the People's Hospital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, there were a total of 30 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis:18 women, with an average age of(40.39±7.34)years;12 men, with an average age(38.08±9.45)years old.A total of 57 patients with nodular goiter were selected from the People's Hospital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture between January 2017 and December 2017:25 women, with an average age of(41.35±7.91)years;32 men, with an average age(39.50±9.87)years old.During the period from January 2017 to December 2017 in the physical examination center of the People's Hospital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,30 healthy people:17 women, with an average age of(42.35±5.47)years and 13 men, with an average age of(41.85 ± 5.97)year old.The levels of TGAb and TPOAb in the serum of three groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELASA).Analysis of the differences in the expression of the two antibodies in the three groups of individuals, and the sensitivity and specificity of the single antibody and the combination of the two antibodies for the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Statistical analysis of the data using spss20.0 software, measurement data Between groups were compared using analysis of variance or t-test,count data using chi-square test or Fisher's exact probability, sensitivity, specificity and drawing ROC curve to reveal the value of TGAb and TPOAb in the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,p<0.05 The difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There were significant differences in the expression of TGAb and TPOAb in the three groups. The expression levels of TGAb(TGAb:F=23.789,P<0.001)and TPOAb(TPOAb:F=16.893,P<0.001)were significantly higher than those in Hashimoto group. In the other two groups, there was no statistical difference between TGAb(TGAb:F = 3.561,P>0.05)and TPOAb(TPOAb:F = 1.772,P>0.05)between nodular goiter group and healthy group.2.The sensitivity of TGAb in the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was 73.3%with a specificity of 91.9%.The sensitivity of TPOAb in the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was 73.7%with a specificity of 93.1%.The sensitivity of the combined diagnosis of TGAb and TPOAb was 92.8%.85.5%.3.The area under the AUC curve of the TGAb is 0.935 and the area under the curve of the TPOAb is 0.870.Conclusion:l.The expression levels of TGAb and TPOAb in Hashimoto's thyroiditis group were significantly higher than that of nodular thyroid group and healthy group.2.In the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, the single-detector TGAb had good diagnostic efficacy and the TPOAb had moderate diagnostic efficacy.3.combined detection of TGAb,TPOAb expression levels better efficacy, clinical diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis best combined detection of TGAb,TPOAb.
