In order to explore the pilates training on the pain of lumbar muscle strain intervention,the study of 10 men with moderate lumbar muscle strain as the experimental subjects,through a period of 12 weeks of Pilates training,EMG study using the wireless surface myoelectric The test objects were measured on the lumbar muscles(erector spinae,rectus abdominis,abdominal oblique muscle and lumbar muscle),and the experimental data before and after the training of the experimental subjects(time-domain average EMG,Muscle integral myoelectricity,the contribution of the measured muscle size)Using Megawin2.4 analysis software to further mathematical analysis of experimental data to summarize the pilates training in the effect of muscle strain in the intervention,concluded Pilates training Changes of waist and abdomen muscles affected by lumbar muscle strain.Provide reference for people suffering from lumbar muscle strain,provide new training methods and ways of thinking for relieving pain and recovery of lumbar muscle strain,and provide a scientific and effective training method for coaches and teachers during the teaching process.In this study,we used the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,test method,mathematical statistics to study the electromyographic activity of pilates muscle strain intervention in men with pilates training for 12 weeks The training of the surface EMG instrument was used to test the lumbar muscles of the experimental subjects before and after the Pilates training.The EMG data of three subjects including Bridging,Spine Twist Supine and Roll Down were collected,Bridging,Spine Twist Supine exercises on the mat,and Roll Down exercises for the instruments),the data is sorted out using EMG software,analyzed and concluded.The results are as follows:(1)Pilates training to do Bridge,Spine Twist Supine,Roll Down movements of the main force of the muscle force of muscle points were increased,its contribution rate also increased,indicating that after the systemof Pilates training,Can increase strength of the waist and abdomen muscle strength purely.(2)For the core target muscles in different muscles,if you want to activate the erector spinae Pilates training in the selection of Bridge action,if strengthening the strength of the rectus abdominis muscle and the pilates training to select the Roll Down action,If you stimulate and strengthen the external oblique muscle,then use Spine Twist Supine action.(3)After entering the system of Pilates training,the AEMG value of the lumbar muscles(mean EMG of the time domain)of the experimental subject increased more than that of the pre-training AEMG,which indicated that the motor unit of the lumbar muscle increased during exercise contraction,Discharge frequency to speed up.Pilates training shows that the strength of the waist muscles,their anti-fatigue increased.(4)Pilates training can effectively activate the activity of the lumbar muscles,enhance the strength and flexibility of the lower back muscles,thereby enhancing the anti-fatigue of lower back muscles and effectively reduce the pain of lumbar muscle strain.Thus Pilates training can reduce the strain of lumbar muscle strain during exercise,improve exercise capacity.(5)Pilates moves easy to learn,easy to control and master,high safety factor and is not subject to restrictions on the core of the group exercises have a significant effect.Can become a priority for people with lumbar muscle strain exercise methods.
