Clinical Observation Of Jiedu Tongluo Tongqiao Decoction Combined TUNG'S Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective: By observing the changes of West-Haven grading,TCM symptom score,laboratory index(NH3,ALT,TBIL)of patients with hepatic encephalopathy after the combination of Jiedu Tongluo Tongqiao Decoction combined TUNG'S Acupuncture,the efficacy and safety of Jiedu Tongluo Tongqiao Decoction combined TUNG'S Acupuncture in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy are objectively evaluated.The treatment provides a new idea and new method for the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.Methods: 60 patients with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)or the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with the combination of Western medicine basic treatment and lactulose oral liquid,and the treatment group was treated with Jiedu Tongluo Tongqiao Decoction combined TUNG'S Acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 1 weeks.The changes of West-Haven classification,TCM symptom score,laboratory index(NH3,ALT,TBIL)were observed before and after treatment.The experimental data were analyzed with SPSS23.0.During the study period,the treatment group dropped 2 cases and the control group did not drop off,so the actual number of patients in the treatment group was 28 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Results:1.The comparison of general baseline data: there was no significant difference between the two groups in sex,age,the cause of liver cirrhosis and the degree of classification of the disease(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of the curative effect of Western medicine: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 89.29% and 66.67% respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the laboratory indexes were compared: the levels of NH3,ALT and TBIL in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the differences of NH3,ALT and TBIL levels between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom score: The two groups were compared in the group before and after the treatment.The score of one symptom,except for fever and polydipsia,was significantly lower than that before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared,with the exception of fever,polydipsia and abdominal distention,and the total symptom scores and symptom scores of the other items,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the curative effect of TCM Symptom: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.During the study,the two groups of patients with blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,renal function and other safety indicators were not significantly changed before treatment,and no serious adverse reactions were produced.Conclusions:The results of this study showed that the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy,but the treatment group was more effective than the simple western medicine treatment in the control group.It could improve the West-Haven classification,improve the manifestation of TCM symptom,reduce the level of NH3 and improve the liver function(ALT,TBIL).The security is high.To sum up,Jiedu Tongluo Tongqiao Decoction combined TUNG'S Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.It is worthy of clinical application.
