Clinical Study Of Qingrelishi Decoction On Damp Heat Syndrome Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Through the use of qingrelishi method,based on clinical studies on osteoarthritis of knee joint in treating damp heat typ of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to effectively relieve a knee joint pain and swelling,improve knee flexion and elimination method of joint effusion,explore a treatment effect and fast,and the side effect is small,the treatment method can maximize to reduce the patient’s pain and the economic burden.Methods:Select the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine,knee osteoarthritis patients receiving osteoarthritis clinic,select the inclusion criteria,60 cases of TCM syndrome belonging to damp heat type of knee osteoarthritis as a clinical research object.The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 people,as well as the treatment group and the control group.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and degree of illness between the two groups,so as to ensure the comparability of the patients.The treatment,the treatment group received oral medicine Four Wonderful Decoction with yellow powder,the control group was treated by oral and topical piroxicam with Etoricoxib Tablets,two groups of patients the treatment cycle was 3 weeks.In addition,the WOMAC function score,pain VAS score,knee circumference and effective rate of two groups before treatment,1 weeks after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment were recorded in detail,and then statistically analyzed.Resluts:All of the 60 cases were included in the result analysis and no exfoliated.The treatment group 10 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 83.33%;control group 7 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80%,the total efficiency of two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The two groups were significantly improved in pain VAS score and joint function WOMAC score(P < 0.05),and the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical observation on this subject in that: 1.through the use of knee osteoarthritis mchrd treatment of damp heat type,the total effective rate reached 83.33%,and Etoricoxib Tablets + oral piroxicam patch for treatment of damp heat type of knee osteoarthritis is also effective,the total effective rate reached 80%,two in the treatment of damp heat type of knee osteoarthritis were effective,2.use of internal and external medicine heat treatment of knee osteoarthritis,the short-term effect is obvious.3.,two kinds of treatment methods are effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients.By comparing the two groups,we can see that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.
