| Purpose:To observe the therapeutic efficacy and abnormal gait improvement on Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation for mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:Collection of mild and moderate knee osteoarthritis in 66 cases, the patients were randomly divided into Xitongxiao group (group A), Voltaren group(group B), manipulation group (group C) with 22 cases in each group, the final completion of the experimental patients 60 cases,20 cases in each group. Xitongxiao group selected Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation as a treatment; Voltaren group adopted voltaren external application combined with manipulation electrotherapy; Manipulation group received manipulation. The three groups were treated for 3 times/week,5 weeks as a course of treatment. Before treatment and after a course of treatment,, clinical gait analysis was carried out on the three groups of patients, respectively, and used the gait observation table, HSS knee scoring standard (improved) score, measuring step, pace kinematics parameters to observe the therapeutic efficacy and the changes in gait on Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation for mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0.Results:1.The three groups before and after treatment in patients with the HSS knee score standard (improved) and the gait observation table compared:compared with three groups of patients before treatment and afte a course of treatment, the score was different (P< 0.01),description of three treatment methods can improve the Symptoms and physical signs and abnormal gait of knee osteoarthritis; comparison between groups,the scores of Xitongxiao group, Voltaren group, manipulation group were different(P<0.01), the scores of Voltaren group and manipulation group had no difference(P> 0.05), description of Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation was better than voltaren external application combined with manipulation and manipulation in the improvement of KOA symptoms and physical signs and abnormal gait aspects,and the effect of voltaren external application combined with manipulation and manipulation was quite.2. The three groups before and after treatment in patients with step and pace compared: compared with three groups of patients before treatment and afte a course of treatment, the step and pace differenced (P<0.01), description of three treatment methods can improve the step and pace of knee osteoarthritis, comparison between groups, the step and pace of Xitongxiao group, Voltaren group, manipulation group are difference(P<0.01), the step of Xitongxiao group and manipulation group was different(P<0.01), the pace of Xitongxiao group and manipulation group was difference(P<0.05), the step and pace of Voltaren group and manipulation group had no difference(P>0.05),description of Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation was better than voltaren external application combined with manipulation and manipulation in the aspect of step and pace of KOA,and the effect of voltaren external application combined with manipulation and manipulation was quite.3.Groups overall efficacy compared to patients:afte a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 95.8% in the Xitongxiao group,86.4% in voltaren group,85.0% in manipulation group, comparison between groups, the total effective rate of Xitongxiao group, Voltaren group, manipulation group was different(P<0.05), the total effective rate of Voltaren group and manipulation group had no difference(P> 0.05), description of Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation was better than voltaren external application combined with manipulation and manipulation in the aspect of the total effective rate,and the total effective rate of voltaren external application combined with manipulation and manipulation was quite.Conclusion:1.The Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined manipulation is an effective treatment of KO A.2. The Xitongxiao iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with manipulation can Significantly improve the abnormal gait of mild to moderate KOA. |
