ObjectiveUsing acoustic pulse radiation imaging technology(& radiation force impulse moisturiser,ARFI)in the control group with varicocele(Varicose veins,VC)in patients with testicular tissue hardness for preliminary comparison and analysis, and compared with semen biochemical index analysis, discuss the clinical value of VC ARFI technology assessment.Methods1.Research object :Selection in November 2016-December 2017 male henan university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinic by clinicians palpation examination diagnosis of isolated left varicocele and after ultrasonic diagnosis classification diagnosis of 31 cases of patients,20 cases of healthy check-up also choose as a control. The control group had no testicular and spermatic venous disease, and the biochemical examination index was normal, with no history of mumps,diabetes,nutcracker,hypertension,etc.2.Operation method:Using the Siemens Acuson S2000 ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, equipped with a linear array 9L4 probe, equipped with the sound pulse radiometric elastic imaging(ARFI)technology software. The patient supine, fully exposed the scrotum,a walking stick in the abdominal wall on the natural penis, then for regular ultrasound bilateral testicular size, morphology.Open the VTQ software pattern, will not put any pressure probe natural testicles skin contact,at the same time avoid testicular mediastinum, sagittal cases, for testicular mediastinum on top, middle and lower pole elasticity imaging, automatic display on the screen of shear wave velocity value(shear wave velocity,SWV,m/s)and depth(cm),collected image saving. The above operation is repeated five times in a row,in which the data of "xx m/s" is discarded and the data analysis is carried out.3.Statistical method:Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. The SWV values, sperm cell density, sperm motility and sperm cell activity rate were statistically analyzed to be represented by Check of variance.Data comparison between the two groups was conducted with independent sample t test.Multiple sets of comparison between the single factor analysis of variance; The variance has been tested by LSD,and Tamhane has been tested with the variance of the variance. It was found that that correlation between the value of SWV and the quality of semen in the testis of VC patients were analyze by using a Pearson correlation analysis.P < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results1.With the aggravation of VC,the value of testis VTQ gradually decreased. It was found that that VTQ between normal control group and VC subgroups had a significant difference(P < 0.01).2.It is possible for VC to influence that quality of semen and lead to a decrease in semen quality but not necessarily to the degree of VC.3.VTQ has a level of correlation between the quality of semen and the quality of semen.Conclusions1.It can be use to compare that change of the testis texture of varicose vein varicose vein with an acoustic pulse radiating force. The VTQ value gradually decrease with the increasing degree of VC,and the texture of the teste is softer, and can be used as an evaluation index for the evaluation of the teste of the testicle of VC patients.2.It can be use to compare objectively that change of the quality of the seminal fluid of varicose vein, which can influence the variation of the semen quality and decrease the quality of semen quality, but it is not necessarily related to the degree of VC.3.The acoustic radiation force impulse imaging(ARFI)can be used as an auxiliary index of judge the quality of semen.4.It is believed that ARFI technology plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of andrology.
