| Objective:The expression of the G-protein coupled receptor kinase 5 in the non-small cell lung cancer group was tested by immune-group,and studying its correlation between clinical significance of NSCLC patients,in order to provide new targets and the scientific basis for future diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:From June 2016 to August 2017,176 cases of NSCLC patients in the third affiliated hospital of kunming medical university were collected and summarized the gender,age,pathological type,pathological stage and other clinical data of these NSCLC patients.The expression of GRK5 were detected in NSCLC tissue and para-carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemistry,P<0.05 was taken as the test standard,and chi-square test was used for the rate test,and the expression of GRK5 was statistically analyzed with the clinical relevance of NSCLC patients.Results:1.The expression of GRK5 in NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues of NSCLC.In 176 cases of NSCLC cancer tissue,there are 92 cases positive GRK5 expression cases,the positive expression rate of 52.27%,and 84 negative expression cases,the positive expression rate of 47.75%.In normal lung tissue far carcinoma of NSCLC,64 cases had positive GRK5 expression(36.36%)and 112 cases with negative expression(63.64%).The difference was statistically significant(p=0.003).And the positive expression rate of GRK5 in NSCLC cancer tissues was higher than that of the normal lung tissue far carcinoma.2.The expression of GRK5 in adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma of NSCLC.Among 176 patients with NSCLC,124 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,positive expression of 72 cases,the positive rate of 58.06%,Negative expression in 52 cases,negative expression rate of 41.94%,52 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of GRK5 positive expression,38.46%of positive expression rate,32 cases of negative expression,61.54%of negative expression rate,by statistical analysis,p =0.018,the difference was statistically significant,and the.positive expression rate of GRK5 in lung adenocarcinoma was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma.3.The expression of GRK5 in male and female of NSCLC patients.Among 176 patients with NSCLC,76 cases of them were male,GRK5 positive expression of 40 cases,the positive rate of 52.63%,36 cases of negative expression,negative expression rate of 47.37%;100 cases of them were female,GRK5 positive expression of 52 cases,the positive expression rate of 52.00%5 Negative expression of 48 cases,negative expression rate of 48.00%;by statistical analysis,p = 0.934,the difference was not statistically significant,and the GRK5 showed no significant difference in expression and sex in the tumor tissue of NSCLC.4.The expression of GRK5 in different age NSCLC patients.Among 176 patients with NSCLC,96 patients were aged less than 60 years old,56 cases of GRK5 positive expression,the positive rate was 58.33%,the negative expression was 40 cases,the negative expression rate was 41.67%;There were 80 cases of patients older than 60 years of age,36 cases of positive expression,the positive rate was 45.00%,the negative expression was 44 cases,the negative expression rate was 55.00%.By statistical analysis,p = 0.078,the difference was not statistically significant,and the expression of GRK5 in lung cancer tissue was not significantly correlated with age.5.The expression of GRK5 in different primary lung tumor size.Among 176 patients with NSCLC,including T1:72 cases,32 cases of positive expression of GRK5,the positive rate of 44.44%,negative expression of 40 cases,negative expression rate of 55.56%;T2:the 64 cases,40 cases were positive expression,positive rate of 62.50%,24 cases of negative expression,negative expression rate 37.50%;T3/T4:40 cases,20 cases were positive expression,the positive expression rate of 50.00%,negative expression of 20 cases,negative expression rate 50.00%;the difference was statistically significant,p=0.104,and the expression of GRK5 in NSCLC lung tissue was not significantly related to the size of the primary lesion.6.The expression of GRK5 in the presence of lymph node metastasis in NSCLC patients.Among 176 patients with NSCLC,88 cases were positive in lymph node metastasis,40 cases were positive expression in GRK5,the positive rate of 45.45%,48 cases of negative expression,negative expression rate of 54.55%;88 cases of lymph node metastasis negative,52 cases were positive expression in GRK5,the positive rate was 59.09%,the negative expression was 36 cases,the negative expression rate was 40.91%.By statistical analysis,p = 0.07,the difference was not statistically significant.The expression of GRK5 has no correlation with lymph node metastasis.7.The expression of GRK5 in NSCLC with different TNM pathological stages.Among 176 patients with NSCLC,the pathological stage was 52 cases in phase Ⅰ,GRK5 positive expression of 28 cases,the positive rate of 53.85%,24 cases of negative expression,negative expression rate of 46.15%;there were 44 cases in stageⅡ,positive expression of 20 cases,The positive rate was 45.45%,negative expression was 24 cases,the negative expression rate was 54.55%;Phase Ⅲ 80 cases,positive expression of 44 cases,positive expression rate of 55.00%,36 cases of negative expression,negative expression rate 45.00%,by statistical analysis,P = 0.574,there was no statistically significant difference,and the expression of GRK5 in NSCLC lung tissue was not significantly correlated with the clinical pathological stages.Conclusions:1.The expression of GRK5 in NSCLC carcinoma tissues is significantly higher than that of distant cancer tissues,suggesting that it may be related to the development of NSCLC2.The GRK5 is expressed in the different pathologic type NSCLC patients,and the positive expression rate in the adenocarcinoma is higher than the expression in the squamous carcinoma.3.The expression of GRK5 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),there was no different in gender,age,primary tumor size,lymph node metastasis and TNM pathological stage. |
