To clarify the expression level of miR-302 c in non small cell lung cancer(Non-small-cell carcinoma,NSCLC),to explore the relationship between the expression level of miR-302 c and HSP90 a in NSCLC tissues and the clinicopathological parameters,and to try to clarify the correlation in NSCLC.Objective: Methods: From 1st September 2015 to 31 st December 2016,30 cases of NSCLC tissues and their adjacent paracancerous tissues were collected in our hospital.Quantitative Real-time PCR(QRT-PCT)was used to detect the expression of miR-302 c in NSCLC tissues and its adjacent paracancerous tissues.Western blot assay was used to detect the expression level of heat shock protein 90(HSP90 a)in NSCLC tissues and its adjacent paracancerous tissues.Results: 1.The expression level of HSP90 a in NSCLC tissues was higher than that in adjacent paracancerous tissues(1.256 vs 1.016,P=0.0185);2.The expression of Mi R-302 c in NSCLC tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues(0.00218±0.00019 vs 0.00173±0.00012,P=0.024).3.There was no correlation between the expression level of HSP90 a and the sex,age,T stage,smoking status(P1= 0.491,P2 = 0.602,P3 = 0.580,P4=0.730),but it was related to the degree of differentiation(P=0.035)and lymph node metastasis(P=0.034).4.The expression level of miR-302 c was not related to the sex,age,T stage and smoking status of the patients with NSCLC(P1=0.696,P2=0.114,P3=0.136,P4=0.187),but it was related to the degree of differentiation(P=0.033)and lymph node metastasis(P=0.044).5.There was no positive correlation between the expression of miR-302 c and HSP90 a in NSCLC tissues.Conclusion: 1)The expression of HSP90 a and miR-302 c in NSCLC tissue was increased.2)The expression of miR-302 c and HSP90 a in NSCLC was related to the degree of NSCLC differentiation and lymph node metastasis.3)There was no significant positive correlation between the expression of miR-302 c and HSP90 a in NSCLC tissues. |
