Objective: Although trabeculectomy is still the main surgical method for the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma,it has a rapid and direct reduction in the intraocular pressure of patients, but problems such as scarring of filtration channels still affect postoperative long-term decline.Intraocular pressure effect. In this research project,we compared the occurrence of intraocular pressure, best corrected visual acuity, filtering bleb morphology, and complications at different time points before and after surgery in patients with and without Sealife in surgery. The efficacy and safety of trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma, etc.,to determine whether Hai Lefu filling in trabeculectomy surgery has clinical value.methods: The glaucoma patients who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of our city from February 2017 to October 2017 were collected, and whether or not they were included in the study was determined according to the following criteria.Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria for primary angle-closure glaucoma;2.Indications for trabeculectomy;3.Informed consent and special drug use consent signed by the patient and his family for surgery; After 6 months of complete follow-up data.Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have undergone anti-glaucoma surgery in the operation eye;2.Combined with other eye diseases, such as: aphakia eyes, pathological myopia,Marfan syndrome,etc.;3.The implementation of a combination of green and white surgery.Patients who were included in the study according to whether or not Sealife was used in the study were divided into observation groups that underwent trabeculectomy and Sealife implants, and those that underwent trabeculectomy without Sealife implantation. In the observation group and the control group,65 patients were compared and the intraocular pressure, visual acuity, filtering bleb morphology and complications before and 1 week,1month,3 months, and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.results: At the last follow-up,there was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups. At the last follow-up,there was a statistically significant difference between the intraocular pressure of the observation group(16.84±2.42)and the control group(18.01±1.61).At the last follow-up visit, the shape of the filtering blebs presented type I or type II,and the intraocular pressure control between 9 mm Hg and 21 mm Hg was regarded as successful. The success rate between the groups was statistically significant. In terms of safety, there were no serious complications such as Malignant glaucoma, explosive choroidal hemorrhage and retinal detachment in the observation group and the non-use control group. There was no significant difference. Conclusion: Trabeculectomy combined with Herpeutheromy is a safe and effective treatment.Herloph's intraoperative application can reduce thepostoperative inflammatory response, effectively maintain the shape of the functional filtration bleb, and play an anti-filtering bleb The effect of scarring,in turn, reduces the uncontrolled intraocular pressure due to scarring of the filtration channel after glaucoma surgery.
