Objective: The expression of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 in colon and rectal cancer tissues was analyzed, and the relationship between these three specific factors and the clinicopathological features of colon and rectal cancer patients was explored.Understanding to express the relationship between the three at the same time, analyze its in colorectal cancer invasion, metastasis and prognosis of the role of individualization for colorectal cancer targeted therapy and predicting prognosis provide theoretical foundation and basis. Methods: A total of 50 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were diagnosed after the operation of gastrointestinal surgery in shaoyang hospital of south China university from January 2012 to January 2014.Using the immunohistochemical method to analyze the expression of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 in the normal tissues of colorectal cancer and cancer,Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between the three expressions.Kaplan-meier survival curve was used to analyze the postoperative survival of three types of factors and colorectal cancer patients. Results: Immunohistochemical results showed that CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 were significantly higher in colorectal cancer tissues than those in normal cancer tissues(P < 0.05).Patients with first onset age, sex, tumor site, tumor size, degree of cell differentiation and CD147 expression in colorectal cancer organizations there is no statistically significant difference, but the lymph node metastasis and Duke statistically significant differences with its phases; The expression of MMP-2 levels with age, sex, tumor location, and incipient size there is no statistically significant difference, and the degree of tumor cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Duke has a statistically significant difference between the phases;Express COTL-1 first onset age, tumor location and tumor size and there is no statistically significant difference, and the degree of histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Duke statistically significant differences between phases; The expression of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 in colorectal cancer tissues was positively correlated(P < 0.05).In patients with colorectal cancer, the non-recurrence survival rate of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 negative expression group was significantly higher than that of positive expression group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1)the positive results of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of normal carcinoma, and lymph node metastasis and Duke staging were closely related to this result.2)the expression of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 in colorectal cancer tissue was correlated.3)high expression of CD147,mmp-2 and cotl-1 indicates that the tumor may have a higher potential for invasion and metastasis. It may be a risk factor for predicting tumor prognosis.
