ObjectiveBy using arithmetical theory of Formal Concept Analysis,this research tries to construct an informative data knowledge of "Disease-Syndrome-Treatment"(DST).The analysis of Chen Bo Tan?Duguo Shanghan Lun?philosophy carries out by extracting the disease?syndrome?treatment?prescription?herbs from his literature and book.With scientific classification and multi-layer complex concept network analysis,this research wants to reveal the philosophy of Chen Bo Tan?Duguo Shanghan Lun?and invent a new method of innovative information technology for knowledge discovery and inheritance the classical thought of TCM.Methods1.Establishment and optimization of formal background is the fundamental of the Formal Concept Analysis Theory.Firstly,construct a formal background between objects and attributes,Secondly,objects with certain characteristics have congregated into several clusters,which express the common attributes of the objects(example:syndromes,treatment,prescription,herbal composition)establish four formal background.Based on a matrix description,with the greatest coverage of attributes as principle,stratified optimization of formal background was performed.2.Generation of attributes partial-order structure diagram and proposition of knowledge discovery method of non-statistical partial order structure model,based on the theory of Formal Concept headache,no sweating,stiff neck,pulse(tight),and body ache.The allied symptoms(sweating and asthma)could be classified into lung system;bloated stomach and diarrhea could be classified as spleen-deficiency syndrome;vomit and constipation could be classified as stomach syndrome.Guizhi decoction was the main prescription used in the treatment of Taiyang Disease.Mahuang(Herba
