Kidney Hydrophobic Liver Fang Combined With Low-dose Tadalafil Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Kidney Type Efficacy Of Impotence And Cost-effectiveness Analysis

ObjectiveIn this study,the observation group was established by oral administration of fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang combined with low-dose tadalafil to establish a single oral administration of fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang and a single oral low-dose tadalafil group.Completed the evaluation of three groups of treatment options for patients of erectile dysfunction due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency with improvement and safety,and through the use of the means of pharmacoeconomic evaluation,aims to draw the best treatment of erectile dysfunction due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,and to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.MethodsFrom July 2017 to January 2018,90 patients with erectile dysfunction due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency who were admitted to urology and obstetrics clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study.Patients were randomly divided into observation group,Control 1 group and control group 2,each group 30 cases.The observation group received fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang + low-dose tadalafil,the control group 1 oral low-dose tadalafil,and the control 2 groups received fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of IIEF-5,EQS and TCM syndrome scores were recorded before and after treatment,and adverse events were recorded.We have used statistical analysis data to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of erectile dysfunction due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency.The optimal treatment of this study was obtained through cost-effectiveness analysis.ResultsFill kidney hydrophobic liver fang combined with low dose of vardenafil group,fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang group,small dose of tadalafil group treatment of patients of erectile dysfunction due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency were significantly improved in patients with erectile function after 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rates of the three treatment regimens were: observation group: 89.65%,control group 1: 75% and control group 2: 72.41%.In IIEF-5,EQS scores were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant.In the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,Fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang combined with low dose of vardenafil group,fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang group have showed significant improvement in the main symptoms and secondary symptoms after treatment(P<0.05).However,among the scores of TCM symptoms after treatment with low-dose vardenafil,there was only significant improvement in both "erection dysfunction" and "depression"(P<0.05).The cost-effectiveness analysis had shown that oral administration of Fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang combined with low dose of vardenafil group wsa the most preferred treatment regimen in the three groups in this study.ConclusionOral administration of fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang combined with low-dose tadalafil in the treatment of liver-yin deficiency of erectile dysfunction curative effect was better than with low-dose tadalafil group alone or fill kidney hydrophobic liver fang,and the most preferred treatment options for the study of three treatment regimens,which was obtained through cost-effectiveness analysis.
