The Prediction Of Hs-CRP Combined With Heart Failure After PCI Operation In AMI Patients And The Intervention Study Of The Method Of Warming Yang And Tongluo

Objective:In this study,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and the heart failure echocardiography index(HFEI)were recorded before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction.In the process,Chinese medicine was given mainly by Warming Yang and dredging collaterals.Objective to investigate the predictive effect of Hs-CRP on heart failure in patients with AMI after PCI and the intervention effect of Warming Yang and dredging collaterals.Method:In January 2016-2018 January,60 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to the Department of cardiovascular surgery in Shenzhen Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with modern medical standard,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine with Warming Yang and dredging collaterals on the basis of the former.The scores of TCM syndrome,symptom response,Hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and HFEI were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.After recording,the results were analyzed by statistical software(SSPS18.0).Result:1.the sex,age,complication,TCM syndrome score,syndrome effect evaluation,Hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,HFEI of two groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.the score of TCM syndrome score,symptom curative effect evaluation,Hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,HFEI of the treatment observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the P value was less than 0.05,thedifference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The study shows that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and warm yang collaterals can reduce the inflammatory response,improve ventricular wall tension and ventricular pressure,and reduce the level of Hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and HFEI in AMI patients to improve the symptoms of patients,protect myocardial cells,effectively prevent patients from developing into heart failure.
