Objective:In this study,we observed the effect of different processing technology of Radix Rehmannia saponin extract on the ovulation function of female rats,observed the estrus cycle using vaginal cell smear,and took the bilateral ovary for pathological examination.Estradiol was detected by ELISA technique.),The content of progesterone(P)hormones,compared the differences in the efficacy of rehmannia yin and kidney stimulating ovulation with different processing techniques.At the same time,based on reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,the main chemical constituents of Rhizoma rehmanniae prepared by two kinds of processing technology were determined(raucoside,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,mothertoside)content.To establish the characteristic map of the process of nine steaming and curing of Rehmannia,and to use the bivariate correlation analysis method to combine the effect of the two processing technologies of Rehmannia glutinosa and ovulation.This study combines data from chemical and pharmacological studies and compares the superiority of nine-steaming and one-time steaming processing techniques for rehabilitated land.It provides experimental data for the scientific connotation of Rehmannia sorghum,ancient method nine-steaming,and nine-steam processing,and guarantees reliance on clinical drug use.The processing quality of the decoction pieces has certain guiding significance.Methods:1 Study on Processing Techniques of Radix Rehmanniae Prepared by Ancient and Modern Techniques and Preparation of Medicinal HerbsThrough the library's search of laboratory's own facilities,Under the guidance of Associate Professor Xia Xi of the School's Teaching and Research Section,this experiment was conducted on the preparation of the cooked yellow rejuvenation method and the traditional method.2 Pharmacodynamic study of the effect of two processed techniques of Radix Rehmanniae on ovulation in ratsNormal female adult rats were randomly divided into blank group,steamed group and traditional group.The mice in the drug-administered group were given 3.6g·kg~-11 gavage of decoction of decoction yellow,and the blank group was given the same traditional method.Three chemical components in water extracts were determined.The content changes.4 Fingerprinting and Spectroscopy Study of Cured Land ProcessingThe water extracting and alcohol precipitation method was used to remove the interference of polysaccharides and sugars to prepare the rehmannia root aqueous extract.Based on reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography,fingerprints of two rehmannia glutinosa extracts and nine evaporation processes were studied in order to observe the changes of the chemical components of Radix Rehmannia glutinosa during processing.According to the chromatographic relationship between chromatographic peak areas and pharmacodynamic indexes of each feature of the fingerprint spectrum,the effective substances related to ovulation in the two processing technologies of Rehmannia glutinosa were explored.Result:1.Rehmannia ancient processing technology and medicine processingCheck the ancient books 6,the groups,which were recorded as traditional group,steamed group and blank group,6 in each group.Vaginal smear recorded a total of four sexual cycles,the results showed that the traditional group,the blank group cycle was not obvious,the average number of days was 4.3 days,and steamer group cycle gradually increased after the second sexual cycle,the average number of days were 4.50,5.83,7.00,7.17 difference between the blank group and the traditional group.The content of the blank group was significantly lower than that of the blank group and the traditional group(P<0.05).3.The main chemical composition of Radix Rehmanniae DeterminationTwo kinds of processing technology were obtained by water extraction and alcohol ablation of polysaccharides.Two steps of steaming rehmannia glutinosa rehmanniae and nine steaming nine dry Rehmannia glutinosa water extracts were obtained.The mass fractions of verbascoside in the samples were 0.097%,0.033%and 5-HMF respectively Respectively,0.15%and 0.66%respectively.The mass fraction of motherwort glycosides in the samples were 0.587%and 0.209%,respectively.4.Rehmannia glutinosa process fingerprinting and spectroscopy studyRehmannia glutinosa
