ObjectiveTo observe the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation of patients with coronary heart diseasewith hyperuricemia, and to investigate the correlation between the ankle brachial indexthe and severity of coronary artery disease according to the result of coronary artery CT or coronary angiography and to study the correlation of those patients' TCM syndromes provide and their ABI.Arm index for coronary heart disease patients with hyperuricemia clinical TCM syndromes provide an objective basis for diagnosis and treatment programs for these patients, provide a clinical basis for the development of revascularization programs.MethodsThis study collected 157 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperuricemia which comfrom the Inclusion criteria from the branch of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou University City during January 2016 to October 2017.Collecting the coronary artery disease,ankle-brachial index, the four clinical diagnostic data and made the descriptive and correlation analysis. The collected data were input into Epidata3.0 to establish a database, and the data were imported into Spss18.0 for statistical analysis. The classification of TCM syndromes used cluster analysis system in the variable clustering method, combined with? The People's Republic of China national standard term clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrom?to determine the representative symptoms of each type, using principal component analysis to extract the main symptoms of each syndrome, and then concluded the TCM syndromes.Results1.After clustering syndrome differentiation,qi deficiency and blood stasis in 32 cases, accounting for 20.4%,phlegm and heat stasis in 59 cases, accounting for 37.6%,liver and kidney deficiency blood stasis type 66,accounting for 42.0%.The most common type is liver-kidney deficiency and blood stasis. The stasis syndrome throughout the course of disease, phlegm and blood stasis is an important pathological product.2.The ankle-brachial index of these patients whose had coronary heart disease with hyperuricemia showed no significant difference in syndrome type(P>0.05).3.The difference of coronary artery lesions among three TCM syndromes in coronary heart disease patients with hyperuricemia was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The ankle-brachial index of these patients whose had coronary heart disease with hyperuricemia was negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion.ConclusionThese syndrome differentiation type of those patients whose had coronary heart disease with hyperuricemia are Qi and blood stasis type, phlegm stasis type, liver and kidney deficiency blood stasis type. The most common type is liver-kidney deficiency and blood stasis. The stasis syndrome throughout the course of disease, phlegm and blood stasis is an important pathological product. There was no significant difference in ankle brachial index between these three types of syndromes, and there was a significant difference in the degree of coronary artery disease among the three types of syndromes.Among them,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were more severe than that of phlegm stasis type and liver and kidney deficiency type.
