Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion On The Treatment Of Renal Deficiency With Interstitial Hemorrhage

Objective:Through the observation of acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion treatment of kidney deficiency type of menstrual bleeding clinical curative effect,compare the two treatment methods,and explore the acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion treatment of kidney deficiency type of menstrual bleeding effect,to seek the treatment of menstrual bleeding Jie effective method,and provide reliable clinical data for the later application of TCM internal and external combination therapy of menstrual bleeding.Methods:A total of 30 cases were collected.the random numbers were obtained by SPSS 17.0,and 30 cards were randomly assigned to 30 opaque envelopes.the envelope numbers and card numbers were divided into treatment group(acupuncture plus wheat moxibustion group)and control group(pure Chinese patent medicine group)according to the ratio of 1: 1?Then according to the included cases to visit the order of distribution,according to the envelope card provisions of the corresponding treatment group,treatment group and control group 15 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture treatment combined with menstrual cycle and patient syndrome type from the 7th to 21 st day of menstrual cycle,specifically,once every other day to supplement the method of Guan yuan,sanyinjiao,kidney acupuncture point,xietaichong,pingbu pingxie hidden white,secondary beard.Other points with the card plus or MINUS.At the same time to accept the next day once 3 to 5 strong wheat grain moxibustion hidden white point,Guan yuan.The control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill and other proprietary Chinese medicines.Before and after treatment,the patients' scores of bleeding and symptoms were recorded for statistical analysis and clinical efficacy evaluation.Results:The age,course of disease,bleeding score before treatment and other symptoms score of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(p > 0.05),suggesting that the two groups are comparable.After treatment,the two groups of patients were treated with intermittent bleeding score and other symptoms score,scores were lower than before treatment,acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion treatment before and after the treatment of the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group after treatment interval bleeding score is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),but accompanied by poor symptom score difference did not have statistical significance(p > 0.05).In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.3 %.in the control group,5 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86,7 %.the effective rate of the treatment group(60 %)was significantly higher than that of the control group(33.3 %).therefore,the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group within three months,and the improvement of vaginal bleeding symptoms was more obvious.Conclusion:Menstrual bleeding is a gynecological disease with an increasing incidence rate year by year,with periodic vaginal bleeding,bleeding time between 10 to 16 days of menstruation,can stop itself,accompanied by waist acid,lower abdomen discomfort,with repeated attacks,affect the characteristics of fertility.Acupuncture treatment of menstrual disease has a long history,including Guan yuan,sanyinjiao,kidney acupuncture point and secondary beard,can adjust qi and blood,adjust yin and yang,help the smooth transformation of qi and blood between yin and yang.Wheat grain moxibustion has better hemostatic effect.Under the dialectical acupoint selection of menstrual cycle therapy,acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion has the functions of regulating qi and blood,helping yin to turn yang,and regulating hemostasis.So as to achieve that aim of more effective treatment.Acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion treatment of kidney deficiency type menstrual bleeding can achieve good clinical efficacy,and compared with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustiontreatment effect is better,and the two groups in the treatment process did not appear adverse reactions.
