ObjectiveBy applying the Delphi method,the purpose of the research is to make a process-standard system(including the terminology,techniques,etc.),that runs through the whole diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD),update and run.It will play a role in avoiding setting standards or guidelines blindly and disorderly.It will be ensured that the standards or guidelines for comprehensive,scientific and practical.MethodsBasing on the recent 10 years related guidelines,technical specifications and other data and standard system at home and abroad literatures and Delphi method and statistical analysis methods,do design expert questionnaire.First of all,8 experts in the nephrology department of the hospital(with the title of deputy chief physician)were asked to conduct a pre-questionnaire survey.After the questionnaire modified,three rounds of questionnaire survey were conducted among 23 Chinese traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese and western medicine experts.After 3 rounds of expert investigation,the final preliminary form of chronic renal disease non-dialysis treatment technology standard system was make up.There were Using EXCEL 2007 to establish the database,SPSS20.0 to analysis,descriptive analysis,reliability analysis,non-parametric test,statistical methods,such as,to observe the concentration of expert opinion.ResultsIn a total of 3 rounds of expert consultation,There were a same group in each round with 23 kidney disease experts consultation-21 kidney disease specialist(91.30%)and the director of doctor of vice director of two kidneydisease specialist(8.70%).Expert degree: 6 bachelors(26.09%),12 masters(52.17%)and 5 MDs(21.74%).There were 4 experts(17.39%)who have been engaged in this major for more than 10 years,and others more than 20 years accounting for 82.61% of the total number.The recovery rate of each round of expert consultation is 100%,so the positive coefficient of experts is up to 100%,indicating that the experts are highly motivated to participate in this study.The Kendall's W of each round are 0.38,0.1,0,1(P<0.00),and the authoritative coefficient is >0.7,indicating that the expert has good authority and representation in this major.Index entries in each round were added and deleted according to the comprehensive recommendation of full mark,grade and non-importance percentage,variation coefficient and mean number.ConclusionThe standard system was set up tentatively,which indicators at various levels expert opinion is relatively concentrated,more accurate results.And It provides the objective and reliable basis to treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD),although its practicability,feasibility is yet to be validated and evaluation.
