Evaluation Of Literature Quality And TCM Syndrome Analysis Of TCM For Multiple Sclerosis

Purpose:By evaluating the quality of TCM in the treatment of multiple sclerosis,this paper provides the basis for the formulation of the best treatment plan of TCM from the perspective of evidence-based medicine;To summarize and summarize the syndromes of TCM syndromes in multiple sclerosis literature,to provide reference for the unification of TCM syndromes of multiple sclerosis.Method : Through the retrieval of Chinese search literature,including: "multiple sclerosis","impotence syndrome","impotence disease";Or "traditional Chinese medicine","traditional Chinese medicine" and "traditional Chinese medicine".The English retrieval words of the foreign language library include: "Chinese Medcine","multiple sclerosis","MS".To retrieve the academic periodical library(CSPD)of wanfang data knowledge service platform(CSPD),China zhiwang Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature database(SinoMed),and weipu periodical database(VIP);Foreign language database: PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and other major databases before May 2017.After downloading,the literature summary and main content are read,and the downloaded literature is screened according to the set criteria.And conform to the standard of selected literature through the adoption of internationally accepted standard CONSORT statement and refinement of clinical trial report Jadad rating scale,case reports and case series quality evaluation tools,quality of literature evaluation.Analysis of syndromes of multiple sclerosis at the same time,with reference to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine terminology(syndrome)specification,establishing TCM syndrome characteristics of Excel original database,on the frequency statistics analysis,induction,summary and analysis of TCM syndrome characteristics.Result:In there're a total of 26 references of randomized controlled trials,20 cases report and 11 cases system report,randomized controlled trial the Jadad score are not high,and is not strictly abide by the design of the CONSORT statement and writing literature,case reports and case series according to the report writing of literature is not high.A total of 27 literatures were included in TCM syndromes,and there were 1504 cases of TCM syndromes,and 10 main syndromes were sorted out by normalization.The disease location mainly in the kidney,liver,spleen.Conclusion:By evaluating the quality of multiple sclerosis literature reports,the quality of the literature included in the study was generally low.The quality of the included studies is not high,and more high-quality research is still needed to increase the strength of the evidence.Through the analysis of TCM syndromes of multiple sclerosis,it can be seen that the syndrome differentiation of multiple sclerosis is complex and diversified,and there is no uniform specification yet.
