Literature Research On Dialectical Law Of Cold Blood Clotting And Stasis Syndrome In Chest Obstruction

Objective: coronary heart disease is a major clinical disease,in recent years,the prevalence of the disease and the incidence trend is more obvious,this is a serious threat to people's health.The syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis is one of the important syndromes,clinical common,especially in the cold area of northeast higher incidence,But the research on it is less.This study is intended to explore the key points of diagnosis and facultative hormone of the syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,so as to provide beneficial enlightenment clinical diagnosis and treatment.The content of this article is divided into three parts,The first part is the summary,the understanding and discussion on chest lood stasis were summarized,to analyze the etiology and pathology and therapy of syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,try to understand the dialectical law of it on the whole,lay the foundation for the next step.The second part is literature research,through the collection and collation of medical records,set up a database,using the objective analysis of modern statistics to analyze the key points of diagnosis and the facultative hormone and rule of law of the syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis.The third part is based on the results of the study to discuss the etiology and pathology.Methods: this study through the use of "cloud" software platform of ancient and modern medical records,strictly follow the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,collect 320 cases,use of statistical methods for frequency analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyze dialectical law.Results:1.The clinical manifestations of high frequency of frequency statistics are palpitation ?chest distention?shortness of breath,chills,chest pain,Left anterior chest pain,cold limbs,etc;The high frequency of the tongue are dark tongue,pale tongue,purple tongue,big fat tongue,petechiae tongue;the moss is white,the moss is thin,the moss is greasy,etc.High frequency pulse are deep pulse,thready pulse,slow pulse,taut pulse,unsmooth pulse etc.Four integrated high frequency's key points of syndrome differentiation are
