The Clinical Evaluation Of The Huaiqihuang Granule Combines The Fangxiao Decoction To Acute Pediatric Capillary Bronchitis Remission In Syndrome Of Qi And Yin Deficiency

Purpose: By observing the clinical symptoms and the improvement of the incidence of the susceptible children after taking Huaiqihuang granule combines the Fangxiao decoction,objective to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis remission in syndrome of qi and yin deficiency.Method: 72 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the treatment group,36 cases were treated with Huaiqihuang granule combines the Fangxiao decoction,and the control group,36 cases were treated with Fangxiao decoction.The two groups course of the treatment is 20 days.After the end of the 3 course of treatment,the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome was evaluated by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of two groups of children.Then every6 months follow up 1times.After followed up for 1 years,curative effect of the disease was evaluated by observing the times of asthma again and improvement of other clinical symptoms.Result: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of treatment group was 94.44%,the total effective rate of disease of treatment group was97.22%,were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).And in improving the clinical symptoms of children such as dry stool and sweat outare better than the control group(p<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in controlling the incidence of disease,shortening the course of disease(p<0.05).Conclusion: Huaiqihuang granule combines the Fangxiao decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with pediatric capillary bronchitis remission in syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,control of the disease,and were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
