Clinical Observation Of Ultra-low Temperature Cryosurgery For Low Rectal Cancer

Purpose: Systematic review of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on the understanding of low rectal cancer,combined with cryogenic cryogenic technology in various areas of medical research,through the observation of ultra-low temperature cryotherapy for low rectal cancer patients in the recent clinical efficacy and safety,ultra-low temperature cryotherapy technology It can provide clinical basis for the treatment of low rectal cancer.Method: Use a prospective study.A total of 30 inpatients from December 2016 to March 2018 at the Anorectal Department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and were treated with ultra-low temperature cryotherapy.Changes in the main symptoms and tumor markers before and after treatment were observed and recorded.After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,recurrence rate,metastasis rate,objective curative effect of solid tumor,quality of life score,anorectal function score,etc.,through statistical analysis of the above observations,ultra-low temperature cryotherapy for low rectal cancer The clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:After 6 months of ultra-low temperature cryotherapy,the total effective rate of the objective evaluation of tumor was 66.7%,indicating that ultra-low temperature cryotherapy has a significant objective effect on low rectal cancer.The half-year survival rate was 100%.Only 1 case had local recurrence and no new metastasis was found.postoperative CEA was statistically significant compared with preoperative P<0.05,indicating ultra-low temperature Cryotherapy can reduce the value of CEA.Ultra-low temperature cryotherapy can improve the main symptoms of patients,and the improvement of obstruction,mucous bloody stool and anal drop pain is more prominent.Compared with preoperative,postoperative 3 months,6 months postoperatively,the somatic image,future expectation,gastrointestinal symptoms,defecation problems were significantly improved compared with preoperative(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating ultra-low temperature freezing Treatment can improve the body image of patients with low rectal cancer,expectations for the future,improve gastrointestinal symptoms,defecation problems.After 6 months of surgery compared with 3 months after surgery,the patient ’ s improvement in futureexpectations and defecation problems(P<0.05)was statistically significant,indicating that ultra-low temperature freezing may improve future expectations over time.The advantages of bowel movement problems are more obvious and tend to be stable,and the quality of life of patients has been further improved.The postoperative anal function score at 3 months and6 months postoperatively was statistically significant compared with preoperative P<0.05,and the anal function at 6 months postoperatively was P<0.05 compared with 3 months postoperatively,indicating ultra-low temperature cryotherapy.Anorectal function was improved in patients with low rectal cancer,and postoperative anal function was better in 6months than in postoperative 3 months.Conclusion: Ultra-low temperature cryotherapy for the treatment of low rectal cancer is safe,and the objective efficacy of the tumor is evaluated.The total effective rate is 66.7%.It has an objective effect,the tumor marker CEA is significantly reduced,the symptoms are improved,the quality of life is improved,and the anal function is improved,indicating that the ultra-low temperature freezing is low Rectal cancer is safe and effective,especially for patients in the middle and late stage who are reluctant to undergo conventional surgery and intolerance surgery.Palliative care can relieve patients’ pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
