Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Of Children's Perspirate Syndrome (Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome) Treated With Zhihan Soup Combined With Radix Curcumae External Application

Purpose: Children 's perspirate syndrome is the clinical common disease,the tutor professor Wang Lie has rich experience in make a diagnosis and give treatment,according to professor Wang Lie clinical experience now,using the combined therapy of zhihan soup with externally applied radix curcumae to treat children 's perspirate syndrome(qi-yin deficiency syndrome)according to Professor Wang's clinical experience,and provides a more effective treatment method for clinical practices.Method: 90 qualified children patients from the Pediatric outpatient department affiliated to Changchun University of Traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into three groups(including a group of treatment groups and two control groups),30 patients in each group.Among them,treatment group were treated with zhihan soup combined with externally applied radix curcumae treatment;control group 1 were treated with zhihan soup treatment only,and control group 2 were only treated with externally applied radix curcumae.After 1 course(8 days),symptoms of the three groups of children were evaluated according to the Chinese Traditional Medicine Syndrome Efficacy Criteria for the improvement.Result: There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender and pretreatment of TCM symptoms in the three groups.(p < 0.05)?The total cure rate of TCM syndromes in treatment group was 83%,that of control Group 1 was 60%,and for the control Group 2 the total cure rate is 43%.Cure rate of treatment group is significantly higher than control group1 and control Group 2.In ameliorating children's night sweating and self-sweating symptoms,the treatment group is better than control group 1 and Control Group 2.Conclusion: In the curing of children's perspirate syndrome(qi-yin deficiency syndrome),the combined treatment of zhihan soup with externally applied radix curcumae,is superior to the use of zhihan soup or radix curcumae external application treatment alone according to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.This method is innovative,efficacious,and with no obvious adverse reactions or side effects.It is therefore a safe and efficient treatment of the disease worth popularizing.
