A Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Insomnia (Liver Depression And Blood Deficiency Type) By Xiangfuwujia Medicinal Broth

Purpose: Through the observation of Xiangfuwujia medicinal broth treat insomnia(liver depression and blood deficiency type)to objective evaluation its effectiveness and safety,to provide thinking and reliable way for clinical treatment of insomnia(liver depression and blood deficiency type).Method: To choose 72 insomniacs(liver depression and blood deficiency type),random sharing the treatment group and the control group,36 people in each group,the treatment group take Xiangfuwujia medicinal broth twice a day,150 ml at a time,the control group take Jieyuanshen granules twice a day,5g at a time,the period of treatment is 4 weeks,observation the TCM syndrome and PSQI in two groups of patients before and after treatment,to be in progress statistical analysis of data.Result: Before treatment,to compare the age,sex and basic condition of the two groups,There is no meaning in the statistics,two groups are comparable.After treatment,total integral of treatment group is6.222±3.986 about Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes,another group's integral is 10.472±4.219,comparison of the two about Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes,the overall efficiency of the former is 91.667%,in the control group,it is 77.778%,after treatment,treatment group's PSQI total integral is6.694±2.424,another group's integral is 9.667±2.767,the total efficiency of the two groups is 91.667%and 75.000% on the adjustment of PSQI integral,its extremely different between them about improving the PSQI integral,in general,the overall effect of the treatment group is better.Conclusion:The treatment of insomnia(liver depression and blood deficiency type)by Xiangfuwujia medicinal broth is effective and safe,there is a need for further clinical research and promotion.
