Self-made Tongdu Zhuangyao Decoction For Treatment Of Prolapse Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc(Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type)Clinical Study

Purpose:To explore the improvement of clinical symptoms of lumbar disc protrusion(deficiency of liver and kidney),it plays an important role in providing a beneficial basis to treat this disease,comparison of self-made tongduzhuangyaotang decoction and danlutongdupian,with overall analysis of imaging examination,clinical symptoms and clinical signs.Method: According to the requirements of the experiment,we chose 72 patients who met the requirements of the diagnosis of lumbar disc protrusion(deficiency of liver and kidney).All the patients were chosen from the outpatients of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to January 2018.72 patients were randomly divided into two groups and each group was 36 patiens.The treatment group was treated with self-made tongduzhuangyaotang,while the control group with danlutongdupian The medicine were delivered from pharmacy of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All the patients were treated by 2courses,and each courses was 2 weeks.The improvement of symptoms during the treatment of each group was systematically observed and all the patients were followed up 1 months later.Through the VAS score,JOA score and the improvement of clinical efficacy,two groups were evaluated for efficacy,so as to make effective,safety and scientific evaluation.Result:Through the comparison before and after treatment,two groups of patients with medication after the VAS score and JOA score were improved obviously,after statistical analysis,two groups in efficacy,the results show that the two drugs on lumbar disc herniation(ganshenkuixu)has good curative effect,and the total effective rate of treatment group was94.44% higher than that in the control group the total efficiency of 88.89%.After follow-up,it was found that the recurrence rate of patients taking Tong Du Zhuang Yao decoction was less than that of the control group.Conclusion: Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,Tongdu Zhuang YaoTang has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(liver-kidney deficiency syndrome),and the curative effect is stable,which is worth further promotion.
