The Clinical Efficacy Of Rhombotomy Combined With Rhomboid Flap Transfer Technique And The Simple Resection Of The Sacral Resection Was Observed

Purpose:Through the sacral tail "pilonidal sinus surgery(SPS)combined rhomboid skin flap transfer technology" and "pilonidal sinus simple resection of the clinical treatment effect of observation and comparison,a further discussion with pilonidal sinus resection combined Chinese and western medicine rhomboid skin flap transfer technology in the treatment of the role of pilonidal sinus and indications,confirmed its effectiveness,advanced and safe reliability,the properties for the clinical curative effect observation research.Methods:Sixty cases were selected and clinical diagnosis was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of the sinus.Using random Numbers table to random grouping,divided the patients into two groups A and B,as the treatment group,group A,B group as the control group,each 30 cases in group A and group B,A group of patients with pilonidal sinus surgery combined rhomboid skin flap transfer technology,group B were treated by pilonidal sinus resection alone.To inform the patient of the possible complications of the two surgical approaches,The treatment group and the control group were randomly selected from different surgical groups.The postoperative pain,edema,infection and necrosis,healing time and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The results showed that the healing time and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Both groups showed statistical significance in postoperative complications(edema,infection and necrosis)(P<0.05),and 1 treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the postoperative complications(pain)(P BBB 0 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Pilonidal sinus surgery combined rhomboid skin flap transfer technology relative to pilonidal sinus simple resection,caneffectively prevent and reduce the postoperative edema,healing time,infection and necrosis,recurrence,and has the advantages of curative effect,safe and economic.
